Wow!!! If this place hasn't become my favorite lunch spot after today, then I am too picky. Wonderfully crafted food made with obvious TLC. I couldn't even finish the lunch I ordered, nor could I eat dinner when I got home (I was so full and satisfied!). The lunch specials are practically for free--they're that good and that inexpensive. Incredible bang for the buck! It is obvious why this restaurant and Bar were voted among the best there is in the region. The only reason I could not give Roccia Bar or Cozinha Roccia the 5 stars this food and service deserves is simply because they do not allow customers to pay the tip on the same credit card that you pay the bill. If they fix this BS issue, I'd be happy to award them the 5 stars they deserve.
