Had my front bumper replaced however once I left the shop the right side of my bumper fell apart. Once that had happened I called to get it fixed or replaced, they immediately said they will follow up with me with a solution and I never received a call back. it has been 4 months and the issue has not been resolved. I had a very terrible experience with Rocco's Collison on Snyder Ave. I wanted to share. I took my car there at the end of August to be repaired. The repair was not the problem, but a parking violation situation which was handled horribly. When I arrived, there were no nearby parking spots available and I did not want to block the active driveway so I double-parked in a handicap spot directly in front of the shop with my hazards on to run in and see if anyone was available to take my car. The receptionist came out to my car and inspected it and told me she would take the keys. I asked her first if I should move the car as it was not in a legal spot. The woman took my keys and told me I didn't have to move it; that someone would be out within a few minutes to drive it inside. I believed her and left with Rocco's in possession of my car with my keys. Just last week I received a parking violation fine in the mail for $301 for parking in a handicap spot. This was a shock to me as no one had informed me that my car received a ticket. I immediately called the shop and spoke to the manager, Leon, who told me he had on file that I was parked in a handicap spot and the ticket issuer was probably called right away and came within 5-10 minutes before they had a chance to move the car. After viewing my ticket online (which the shop still had refused to give me and never informed me about) I saw the ticket was issued at 12:30 pm. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am. I can understand if the shop was busy and they could not take the car in right away, but the employee had assured me not to worry about where my car was parked, the shop neglected to provide or inform me of the ticket received and even went as far as to keep information about the time of the ticket from me, and when I called back today the manager made the receptionist speak to me to inform me that Rocco's would not be paying for the ticket and he refused to speak to me. I am very unhappy with this experience and it is extremely upsetting that the manager of the shop will not take accountability for this mistake or at the very least have kept me totally informed from the beginning. I would have been much more understanding of the situation if the ticket had not been withheld from me and I had not been deceived by the manager. This is unprofessional behavior that has left me with a very negative outlook of Rocco's Collision. And the ticket now has many late fees for this issue because I never received the original ticket. I recognize that I was the one who parked in the handicap spot but the way the manager handled this was completely wrong, so just want to warn everyone if you take your car there don't make my mistake and believe they will move it from an illegal spot! read more

I brought my car here 2 weeks ago to get photos taken of the bumper and then to have them sent to my insurance company for approval to get my car fixed. I received an email the other day from my insurance company saying they have yet to receive the photos. I've called Rocco's twice now, left two voicemails, and they have yet to return my calls. My friend said they were shady here and I should have believed them. I am now taking my car to a different and more trustworthy repair center instead of this place. read more

I was very impressed with Rocco's Collision Center on Reed. I expected my car to take a long time with the holidays, covid, and parts being delayed but that was not the case. Lauren's customer service exceeded all my expectations. I highly suggest just working with her as she broke down everything with me from parts, timing, and all the questions I had. had my moms car taken to rococo's in Washington Twp. They were busy so they sent the car to Philadelphia (without asking first). They had the car a really long time. kept comin up with excuse why it wasnt done which I thought it was shady. Long story short. I just took my moms car in for service for her air conditioning and they said whoever worked on the car did it wrong and it's gonna cost a ton of money to fix it. So now my 77 year old mom doesn't have air in her car because we can't afford to fix it. I'll never use Rocco's again read more

I had a wonderful experience using Rocco's. It was recommended by a nearby mechanic shop. I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to cars but Jack provided excellent customer service. I felt comfortable and not taken advantage of. He followed up with texts and pictures throughout the process. I showed up, unscheduled, the next day after picking up my car because I kept getting an error about "no key" when my key was with me in the car. Turns out it was just a low battery in the key fab (I was so embarrassed). Jack even walked to the corner store to buy me a new key fab battery. He remained professional and calm while helping me and still managing the day to day operations. Would recommend this business. read more

This is one of those businesses that you hope to never have to use, but as a resident of South Philly, you occasionally have some jackass decide that your car could use some impromptu customization & knock your bumper half off while parallel parking. This has happened to my twice in two years, so when I called my insurance company, they referred me to Rocco's. I'll be honest. I'm not originally from here... and as anyone in South Philly will tell you, people here can be a bit abrasive from time to time. But not at Rocco's. Diane is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with since living here, one time spending about 3 hours tracking down a loaner vehicle that Rocco's wasn't going to see an extra dime providing me. The other folks at Rocco's are just as fantastic... I got regular updates (sometimes multiple calls a day) letting me know what the status was of my repairs, and they were always done with my car a couple of days prior to their original estimate. The work was quality & they did a thorough walkthrough of the job to show me just what had been done and to make sure I was happy with their work. If you're in the area & need work done, I would highly recommend Rocco's. They're professional, courteous, thorough and efficient... exactly what everyone should be looking for in an auto body shop. read more

As a full-time Lyft driver, I unfortunately have had a handful of insidents over the last two years. Philadelphia driving sure is something else. As the insidents kept coming, each time I would return to Rocco's because they were communicative, efficient and just seemed very genuine. My car was never given back to me later then what was estimated. In fact, majority of the times I brought it in, the repairs were done a day or so beforehand. My car had a need for repair after an unfortunate run over snow and ice on I-95 that gave me an intimate meeting with the guard rail. Fortunately, I picked Rocco's as my repair center of choice. Despite the agony of having to drive something else during the repair other than my beloved auto and a wallet murdering deductible, Rocco's repaired my car 5 days earlier than estimated and made it look even better than prior to the impromptu slip and slide. It runs great, looks great, and my only regret is that I didn't have more to be repaired! Of the staff I encountered, the lady at the front desk was cheerful and pleasant to talk to. The one other guy who I saw when getting the car back, either a mechanic or owner, did a great job at explaining what was done and all the ways my car was made better. My only (minor!) complaints are the absence of the rear emblem and that the un-used front license plate holder wasn't outright removed instead of put back on when the front bumper was replaced. But I never specified for either. I would certainly return despite that. read more

Can't say enough good things about Diane and all the people at Rocco's!!! Not only were the people fabulous, but my car looks great and was finished within 3 business days. I had a large scrape on the side of my car and a ding on the bumper. My insurance said it would probably be 2 weeks in the shop but I dropped my car off Wednesday after work and picked it up Tuesday. I was very impressed! The good news doesn't stop there! When I dropped my car off on Wednesday it was already dark and I mentioned I was going to walk to the subway. One of the employees offered to drive me to the subway so I didn't have to walk in an area of town I was unfamiliar with. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. Then when I picked the car up yesterday I drove back to work and parked. After working late I got to my car around 9pm and it wouldn't start! Obviously I was a little annoyed and blamed Rocco's...because that is what people do, right?! Anyway, I called them this morning letting them know about my trouble and without me asking, Diane asked where I was and said that they would be right over. Her and a technician, Charlie, drove to where I work and jump started my car. They were so kind and you could tell they genuinely cared about my experience with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROCCO'S!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rocco's got my business through my insurance company. They never sent me or my insurance company an estimate or talk to either of us about the $17K+ damages they repaired on my salvaged title vehicle. They found out about the reconstructed title and then rewrote the estimate for almost $3k less than the original. They also completely ignored the salvaged title and incorrectly valued my vehicle as a whole. All this strange activity prompted me to hire my own appraiser and also a mechanic to investigate their repairs as well. Turns out they used rusty parts to fix my car. They didn't spot weld my floor panel properly. They had rust, dirt and grease all over my seats and doors. They punctured the roof of the inside of my car with something leaving a hole. They improperly fixed my hatch door and rain water leaked into the inside roof and pooled in the hatch as well. They damaged another outside panel with dents, scratches and adhesive. There's support beams underneath the car that are bent. There's leftover pieces from other support panels and such. They welded on my "new" rear towing hook. They committed fraud as well. Charging me for work not performed at all. They are committed to screwing you out of every single thing they can. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with any company in any situation ever. Stay safe out there and don't let people like this disrupt your entire lives just because they're criminals!!! read more

Well, after having my vehicle broken into, I went to get a quote for the repair. The criminals pried the lock open and now the door won't lock. Rocco's quoted me $915 for the repair. The dealership, whom I got a quote from earlier this week was $600. I went to another local professional shop and got a quote for $250. Rocco's quoted 11.5 hours of labor and added that they really won't know the repair until they looked into it further. Pretty sure they just didn't want my business. Couldn't be more sure that I'll never go here again for a repair or quote. read more

I chose them for distance to my apartment and close to the subway to pick up a rental in west philly near work. Very professional and friendly service. My car was in the shop for awhile waiting for parts, but they called several times to let me know. Diane was very nice and the car was ready at the time she stated. Overall a great job. After my girlfriend crashed my car i decided to take it to Rocco's Collision where they gave me a fair estimate on my car. i whole front needed to be repaired. I took it in on a Tuesday and by the following tuesday it was ready for pick up. I am very pleased with the staff and the work that they do. even the desk clerk makes you feel as if you where at home and offers if you need anything and keeps you day to day with your car and how it is coming. Since then i have taking my car there for all my repairs. A good estimate of about 7 times. Roccos might do great body work. I never needed them and if i did get into an accident i wouldn't use them and i tell everyone i no not to use them. You see Roccos not good to the people on reed st. They keep cars out after hours so there neighbors can't park. One neighbor was almost mugged because she had to park around the corner while roccos had 4 to 5 cars parked on the street overnight. What if it it was your mom or dad or child. Please don't patronize roccos there are plenty of other fine auto body shops that care about there neighbors and the neighborhood where they operate read more
