Fantastic tailor who is currently working on a custom alteration and I'm really looking forward to seeing what the seamstress does with the dress! They have done excellent hem work and coat sleeve adjustments for me in the past so I'm confident they'll work their magic with any alteration you inquire about! My partner wants to get a custom suit there (they look/feel luxurious!! Can't say what it's like to wear it, but the material is top-tier). Would highly recommend to anyone in the Worcester area for at minimum a free espresso (that happened on our first visit and we'll never forget it!) Highly recommend coming in one car as parking is in the city and right on the corner of an intersection--fits 4 cars I think? Decent sized lot for Wormtown! Rocco and his son Antonio are great to work with. Recently moved away from the Boston area to central mass so was in need of a new tailor and place to get custom suits. I've worked with Suit supply, indo chino and others but there's nothing like working with a local tailor in terms of their service and knowledge. Rocco first fit me for a couple of off the rack suits that he also sells in store and they were very high quality and priced right. He tailored them exactly to my liking. He then told me about his fully custom service but it was not a "hard sell", he was just showing me basically all the Knowledge and process that goes into it. He was educating me. About three months later I took him up on the custom offering and ordered two more suits (one with a vest) that were custom made. Just picked them up and they are beautiful. Rocco is extremely passionate about what he does and that shows in his work and knowledge about this space. He's got a customer for life as I "build my wardrobe " as Rocco calls it! read more

Awful, back in June, I went into store and order 4 custom shirts, Blazer and a pair of Slacks. Three (maybe four) fittings later clothes weren't even close to what was discussed over the past visits and certain not up to expectations. I even sent them Pictures on what I was looking for. They really missed the "mark". It was obvious that nobody checked the clothes before they told me they everything was finished and come pick up. I live approx. 70 miles away (one way) don't mine the drive or spending few extra bucks for quality and tailoring. Frustrated I have asked for my $600.00 deposit back which I gave back in June. Five months is long enough to get it right. Owner wont refund, Instead he wants to mail me the blazer and the one pair of pants that don't fit.....?? He also requested me not to use they company email, they don't use it frequently. read more

If you want a suit - a good suit, with fabulous material, and a man to tailor the suit to fit.....you come here. My husband is a professional musician. We have been budgeting money lately to 'polish his brand'. We decided that since he plays a blue trumpet, he needs a classy blue suit.This place is not cheap, but neither is Rocco. You get what you pay for. Bottom line. Upon arrival, Rocco acknowledged us right away, as he was helping another customer. Then he came over and helped us figure out the right material, the right color, the right style for my husband's body, and several choices for accessories. Pro tip: Ask Rocco to show you the pocket squares that can be folded in four different ways to show A DIFFERENT PATTERN in each! Photos attached. I cannot wait to post pictures of the suit. The color blue (and we had many choices) is so subtle, yet stand-out at the same time. We made the decision after looking at a French Blue vs a Shark Skin Blue. Whoa Daddy! The Shark Skin Blue has got this slight iridescence to it, and it is just the over the top winner in comparison. The French Blue is lovely, don't get me wrong, but the Shark Skin will look banging hot on stage! Rocco also suggested some classy suspenders to help how the pants will hang and I just think that will look so stylish when he performs and in pictures. There were many other colors of suits, with different subtle patterns, and many solids. Rocco can do custom made shirts as well. And we do plan on getting one at some point. read more

Tony and Rocco did such an amazing job, I brought out the laptop to write this review. I brought in a pair of A.P.C. salvaged denim for a hem and taper and was particularly nervous due to my prior experiences with tailors in the Worcester area. Tony worked with me through the measurement process and even provided accommodations, espresso and water (it's the little things). They kept me updated throughout the entire process and even called me to tell me that the stitching to replace the salvaged piece, can be made red to duplicate the manufacture. These jeans now fit and look fantastic. I would HIGHLY, double on the HIGHLY, recommend this place to anyone looking to tailor or enhance their wardrobe. I never write reviews but I had to go out of my way to give this place a great review. This is such a hidden Worcester gem! My boyfriend and I have spend hours looking for men's dress clothes when we could have went to this one stop shop right down the road. He got a shirt for a wedding we have later today pressed and ready to go in minutes and a suit fitting for a wedding in a few months. We were in and out in 20 min! Truly Excellent work. I went to Rocco's as an experiment to see how well they can work. I brought the worst suit money could buy, and they made that trash-bag look better than my Hugo Boss. Since then I've had Pants, shirts and suits altered. Perfect every time. They even work with a cobbler, and I've sent them shoes and leather jackets which came back better than new. Amazing work; Extremely professional I took my best suit to Rocco's to have alterations done to the jacket and to have the pants taken in. Rocco was extremely professional during the initial visit when I tried everything on for him. It really felt like I was in an old world suit shop. I was told it would be ready in 7-10 business days, but I ended up calling a week later to check on my suit because I had a wedding that weekend. Rocco was again very professional, and assured me that he would move my suit to the front of the line, and I got a call the next day saying it was ready. The suit turned out beautifully! I've never had a suit fit this well (and I've had several tailored before). I had a great experience with Rocco's. I ordered a custom (bespoke) suit and both the suit and service was impeccable. Rocco took the time to educate me on my process and all aspects of a bespoke suit. The hand-stitching, reinforced buttons, your name on the interior, and the meticulous measuring process made me feel my investment was absolutely worth it.
