Very good pizza. Made fresh to order every time. A little spendy but you get what you pay for with top notch ingredients.

We love Rocco's! Our favorites are the combo and the Thai chicken. Both are amazing. In the Tri cities pizza is everywhere but Rocco's out performs the rest. The prices are spendy, but in reality, fair for what you're getting. The restaurant itself is comfortable and kid friendly. read more

The pizza is GREAT but unfortunately the gal who took our order was not so great. Super unfriendly, almost makes you feel like you're putting her out. We were there a week or so ago with our family and we waited to order while it looked like she was counting tips, making 3 piles of money before she finally looked up to help us. Then we had to clean off a table to seat our family, piling the dirty dishes etc on another table. We will continue to go but I can't help but think this gal is severely hurting this business with her negative attitude towards customers. read more

Our family went to Rocco's pizza on Sunday, Aug 18, 2019 very recent. We ordered 2 pizzas and sat down and watched the pre season football game. We have 4 boys and they needed to use the restroom. My husband took them and one of the staff kitchen guys walked in and went to the bathroom and walked out without washing his hands. This is the same person who delivered the pizza to our table. I was so disgusted that we left. This on top of the staff not being friendly just put it over the top. We will not be going back here again. read more

Went in there it was freezing cold. Not very crowded. We ordered a pizza and some cheesy bread. Got the cheesy bread and waited 1/2 hour for our pizza. Pizza never came, had to ask the waitress where the pizza was, they forgot to cook it. Got our pizza, with a discount. The pizza tasted great, pretty much the exact same as Brick House in West Richland, they even have the Big Bull on their menu. read more

My husband and I used to order delivery pizza all the time until we found Rocco's. Now we only eat their pizza, it's worth the extra money. The restaurant itself isn't anything fancy but the pizza is amazing and sometimes an informal pizza place is just better. We will miss this spot when we move! read more

We have had this pizza a few times now and have really enjoyed each pie. The latest pie was Hawaiian (my husbands fav) and it was really good. The sauce is bold, probably my favorite part, but the crust is excellent too. The Tri Cities has great pizza but Rocco holds his own. Glad we live so close! read more

This is my favorite pizza place in the Tri Cities. They have great pizza combinations, sandwiches and delicious cheesy bread, beer and wine. They are never too crowded (don't understand why... The wait staff is always very nice and hospitable! Definitely recommend them!!! read more

Awesome pizza and excellant service. First time I'd been there, it was recommended by a Facebook friend. We looked the menu over and decided what to get and as my husband gave the counter person our order the owner came out and said he had just made that exact same pizza (medium combo) for himself and if we wanted it he would sell it to us for $5.00 and make another for himself! Came here to celebrate my birthday today. I had called prior to make reservations but I was told they don't do reservations on the weekend. I had my mom go ahead and go there earlier to grab a table, and then the rest of our party (12 total) joined shortly after. We waited about 10 mins for a server to come up to us, and when one didn't we decided to go ahead and hit the salad bar. As we are eating our salads, this party of 15 came in and said that we are sitting at their table. They were "friends" with the owner and always made reservations on the weekend. What kind of horseshit is this? The owners making exceptions for their friends. Anyways, the staff was very disorganized and did not approach us once to help out or arrange for us to eat. We walked out without eating after having been ignored by the staff that seemed to be clueless. Never going back here again, and going to tell my friends to do the same. Please hire some competent folks to run a pizza restaurant, this isn't rocket science!!! read more

Next to Hubby's Pizza, Rocco's is my favorite pizza place in the tricities, and unlike Hubby's, it's clean and new! The staff is always helpful and enthusiastic, and when they have messed up our pizza in the past, they sent us home with both the incorrect order and the correct one to make up for it. The atmosphere is your typical small pizza joint with a big TV in the middle wall so everyone cant watch sports. The food, though, is their shining achievement - my personal favorite is the Taco pizza, but all of them are good. And they even have a small and medium gluten free crust available that's actually edible! (you gluten free people know how hard that is to find!) They are a bit pricey - definitely more than you'll pay for chain pizza - but worth it! read more

We walked in on a Saturday night at 7:30 with 9 ravenous 12-year-old male soccer players on our hands, along with 20 assorted parents and siblings. The staff was very welcoming and calm, in spite of having to push together tables and write up 10 different checks and wipe up spilled sodas, etc. We adults loved the delicious blistered crust and high-quality toppings, a fresh salad bar, and draft Northwest microbrews. What a surprise to find such good food by accident! I wish we had a pizza place like this near our home. I'd go back all the time. read more

The pizza was really good the first time I came here, the second time it was fair. Got take out tonight. Not so good. Do I really have to ask for extra cheese to get enough cheese on my pizza?? Pretty darn good pizza. We have to admit that went to Rocco's because the picture if the pizza on this site reminded us of the Northlake Tavern in Seattle. While the pizza we chose was no Northlake pizza. It WAS very tasty. Nice crisp crust, flavorful sauce and some good ingredients - tasty. We went here on a Sunday around 11:30am and we were the first ones there. The staff are very polite and helpful. We ordered the speciality pizza D.A Delight and it was delicious. The crust was flaky and the toppings were full of flavor. The salad bar was small, but it was a good value. Overall, everything was reasonably priced compared to other pizza establishments. Rocco's is a decent place to go with a local joint feel. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is low key. They run regular specials and keep a decent mix on tap. Their sandwiches are good, and their pizza is alright. Some may love their pizza, and I used to as well. This is the sister, in this case brother, pizza place to Brick House in Richland. The toppings are still solid, and the sauce is decent. They've gone through several iterations of crust over the years and the 2018/2019 selection is alright. Where it falls down is the cheese. It used to be legit quality mozzarella or a fresh mix. It doesn't pull like mozzarella and smells starchy on the backend. It tastes like they've moved to an over processed, part skim mozzarella like Papa John's. Which is a true shame if that's the case. Especially since they still charge a higher rate for their pies. Here's hoping for the best in 2019/2020. read more

Came to Roccos for the first time tonight. It was great! We ordered half the special and half the beer garden (it's a type of pizza with sausage, hot mustard sauce, pickles and sauerkraut). They told us they were out of sauerkraut so we told them to make the other half taco instead. Were we ever surprised when they brought us the special and beer garden (without the sauerkraut) AND a small tacco pizza. How nice of them! All three pizza flavors were great--that hot mustard base with pickles on the beer garden was so unusual. Great staff too--we'll be back. read more

Wonderful pizza restaurant with a great location across from Trac. This is a nice place for a casual dinner with friends or family. The pizza is delish and they have a good assortment of beer to go with. I do wish they delivered their pizza though! I get tired of the delivery pizzas we have to choose from, and if Rocco's delivered it would be WELCOMED! Sometimes we're just too lazy to go pick up a pizza & want it brought to us instead..lol. Well we live very close so we were very happy that they opened.. So we tried it on a Friday Night! huge mistake! We ordered take out on the phone & we ordered only sandwiches & the girl said 20 minetes!!! Wrong try an 1 & 1/2 hour my boyfriend had to stand by the door over an hour waiting for the sandwiches Which were really good But, hello?? Well we tried it several times more & they should never tell people 20 minetes!!! But, they do & it is always way longer..... My boyfriend and I dined at Rocco's tonight instead of taking in a movie at Fairchild. I was impressed with the parking lot, as the place seemed to be PACKED. When we entered, many families were dining, yet there was no one to greet us at the counter, nor was it completely full. We received one menu for the both of us and directed to sit wherever we would like. After we had decided what we were going to order, we sat for a while trying to figure out if we needed to go back to the counter or wait for someone to come take our order. (You order at the counter, by the way) The breadsticks - were alright, could use more flavoring and a little less butter. Our pizza.... fantastic. Three Alarm takes off a little slow, gets a little sassy mid-stride and leaves you, burning for more. Taco goes a little south of the border with a milder flavor topped with bottom-of-the-bag Doritos (personally, I think a little Tapatio or Chalula sauce would make it better). On the plus side, we split a pitcher of microbrew and were able to sit and chat without feeling rushed. All for $42.77. I can't say that on our limited income it was worth the price, but it does beat the competition that's around Pasco. read more

First of all, we walked in and clearly stated we had never been there, to which the waitress replied, Oh Goodie! I thought this was a good sign, she seemed friendly. We looked over the menu and ordered a medium pizza and a 6" sandwich, to ensure we tried a little bit of what they offer. We waited...and waited...and waited...Maybe 20 minutes after we ordered, another waitress came to our table and said they had lost our ticket, just found it, so it would be a little longer, and that she was sorry. So, we waited...and waited....And finally got our pizza and sandwich about 45 minutes after we got there. Keep in mind there were only two other tables there and they already had their food when we got there. Plus, there was no one coming in to get to go orders. The pizza and sandwich were not bad, but the kicker was when we went to pay, the waitress just apologized again for the wait, but didn't offer to comp or discount anything. I was confused, as I felt this would have been appropriate, especially for first time customers. The food wasn't good enough for us to return and have that kind of service again. read more
