I don't recall exactly when we started having Creative do our lawncare - but I do recall it was…read morebecause the service we were using kept raising their prices. For years I took care of the lawn myself (applying fertilizer and weed control - hubby mowed). But after repeatedly burning out the lawn despite trying different applications, it was time to throw in the towel. Creative has a prepay deal where you save 10% by paying for the year's services up front. I prefer to eat the whole cost at once and not have to repeatedly pay their bills. We usually get the 6 seasonal applications, plus grub and other pest control and maybe top-seeding if it's needed. They do a nice job of notifying the hubby ahead of time re when they'll be coming. Since it limits the ability to do the mowing, we appreciate getting notice beforehand. They also will come out off cycle and apply weed killer if an issue arises. We have never had to so - but it's nice to know it's available. Definitely recommend and will continue to use them.

I really can't recommend TCT Property Enterprises enough. They did a fantastic job of restoring our…read morefront yard and landscaping after it was left in shambles by another contractor. We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. They are great and are a pleasure to work with.
