If I remember correctly, you disconnected the call and at no point was I rude or obnoxious to you. Your convenient misrepresentation of our conversation is baffling, which is precisely why I chose not to speak to you or the "Owner". Hanging up on people is both unscrupulous and disrespectful behavior? Regarding my review, I stand by what I said, and I have co-workers who were there to corroborate the conversation. Ma'am, you are entitled to your own opinions but you cannot have your own facts!!! And the fact is, that neither you, nor your owner were there!! I have learned not to deal with unreasonable people and your quick dismissive, inconsiderate dismissal of my concerns was both off-putting and distateful. With respect to the owner contacting me after hours, what was I supposed to do drop everything to speak to him? For the record, the owner only contacted me after I told your business associate that I was going to file a formal complaint because you told me when I spoke to you that Winnscapes official position was that your company was not at fault. Did you request additional information from witnesses from the parking lot who observed the interaction? No! Remember, you called me back and told me that you all had a meeting and quickly determined the your "company was not at fault". This was all before even mentioning anything about reviewing cameras, or asking for information about anyone who may have witnessed the event. I was told that you talked to the foreman, and the ownwer and you all had made your decision!! It was only after you "hung up on me" (Why I will never understand, because I am a very respectful person) that I recognized that I was not dealing with, in my estimation, as you purported an honest family owned company. As far as your attempt to impugn my assessment of the situation, neither you or anyone else has the right to tell me what to think or say about a negative experience that I have had with your company. If I chose to report my negative experiences with your company on social media, I have a right to do that!!! If after being told by you that the damge to my vehicle is my fault even though it was parked (in the same spot) and its not Winscapes problem, and I choose to pusue options that I deem necessary to rectify my situation, I am entitled to do that. I notified my direct supervisor, and called you immediately after I suspected the damage. You cannot tell me it's not your problem and then try to castigate me for attempting to hold Winscapes accoutable for what I believe is your fault. We are at an impasse and my goal was to continue the conversation but that was before you disconnected the call. How can we communicate if you hang up the phone? You didnt attempt to call me back so I viewed your actions as flippant. After not hearing from you I called and told your asscociate that I was unhappy with the decision and that I would be handling it on my own since winnscapes (you) were not helpful at all!! In fact, I explained to you that I disagreed with your company's swift determination and after concluding the call, I requested a corporate email address so that I could send a formal complaint letter regarding your veiled decision making process? I texted 614-**5-9466 on 4/24/2024 @4:32 pm requesting an email address to send a formal complaint to your company. I even left my email address and you did not respond to my request. The point being made is simple, if you intend to resolve the issue then you must act in good faith. This means you cannot conveniently leave out pertinent facts!! Facts matter. By the way the owner left me two messages (One voicemail and one text message) exactly 4 minutes apart (5:48 pm and 5:52pm) on Thursday 4/25/24 indicating what he was going to do. He said "We have reached out to our contact and made them aware of the issue". He also stated that the contact would be in touch with me soon. So we wait!!This was acceptable to me, yet you felt the need to respond to my review a full three days later? Why? If you work with the owner and he had already apprised me of the next steps (via text and vmail) why would you re-insert yourself into the process that is already underway? Furthemore, if as you assert, that we could have had a " Human Conversation", can you please explain why you did not call or text me? By my estimation, you could have called me to discuss the matter "personally" or to apologize to me for hanging up on me but you chose not to!!
