These are the worse landlords I've ever come across first my neighbors harassed not only me but my children as well and when we defended ourselves we were punished while the neighbors could to do what they wanted, was giving a five day eviction notice for one months rent stating our dog who at the time was a puppy and ourselves are a danger to the building when in actuality it was the other way around we got no help no support when we called the police on the neighbors we got scolded for that we've got windows that have been broken for three years,and my oven has been broken for a year now and still has not come to fix it read more

When we signed paperwork it seemed that it would be very easy. They stated that they do all the work and then direct deposit monthly payments as well and take are of anything that may happen repair wise. The only advertising that they did was Craiglist and in house web page. So I took it upon myself to list if on social media sale pages. They received call after call there were at least 3 different times where thy never called back the interested party. One of which called 2 different times. Then when the contract was over and the house was not filled Bobby had started it was because it was listed to high. I can understand the Anon's review. They never answer or respond unless it benefits them. They stole my deposit when I left the unit in better shape than I got it in. They had someone doing repairs show up unannounced and use a key to let themselves in without notice which is against the law. I literally woke up and found someone inside my apt to do repairs... Where do I start? I rented from them a few years back, and I am STILL angry about the way I was treated. They DO NOT resolve issues, take care of their tenants OR return deposits no matter what you do to clean. I had an extremely noisy neighbor who was a "night person", up ALL night having parties, playing guitar with his amp turned up etc. When I called to complain, I was treated like I was the problem and told I should call the police. Of course this never was resolved and the neighbor ended up becoming very hostile with me. The next issue was the bathroom window just FELL into the apartment. This happened during summer, and I called right away. I was told they would "get to it" and instructed to buy plastic wrap to cover the hole. Of course they never fixed the window, and come fall I was concerned so I called again, and told "We have OTHER more important problems like someones water heater being broken so yours is not a priority." Now it's winter, and the bathroom is about 30 degrees which was so pleasant taking showers in. Around fall when it started getting really cold, there came the MICE. Not just one or two, but I probably killed about 15 and they were getting into the STOVE somehow. Mouse poop everywhere. I was told "buy traps, mice just come in during the winter." Why did I think they would return the deposit when we moved??? We cleaned for TWO DAYS and even paid to have the carpets shampooed. We had no pets, and were very clean, so there were no stains or anything. We kept that apartment in VERY good condition. They kept our deposit saying they needed 500 dollars to "clean." Maybe they used that money for the window, or to clean their DISGUSTING washer/dryers which were full of moldy crap. Or maybe they used it to finally clean the hallway which was filled with spiderwebs and dust constantly. I never asked for anything, the only times I complained were legitimate, about the noise, the mice, and the window... and the last time I called the woman in the office had the nerve to tell me I was too demanding as a tenant, and rude. I would not recommend that anyone rent a property from these people. They have no customer service and no caring for their tenants. read more

they dont return phone calls even if you have cockroaches and loud neighbors. they dont care they wont work with you at all. if you have no issues, then everything will be fine...if you find yourself with any problems in your apt , then expect very little from them! read more

This company was shady from the start. I was harassed by neighbors so badly the cops had to be called, when RRPM was alerted to the issue they did nothing but scold me for a plumbing leak. Unless you are a certified plumber, exterminator, general contractor, don't rent from them because they will expect you to do EVERYTHING. but they won't forget to charge you for every little bit of it. if you do rent from these slumlords, keep all of your papers, contracts, letters from them. they will come in useful when you need to defend yourself at the end of your lease. they will blame you for the way the wind blows. and charge you $200 bucks for it too. i rented from them for two years and it was nothing but headaches (probably from the mold growing in the walls), plumbing leaks, cracked appliances, intermittent power, creepy mentally unstable neighbors, terrible communication, filthy, dirty, greasy rundown with a layer of dirt and grime so thick i couldn't get it off...but i sure as heck got charged for it. s-l-u-m-l-o-r-d-s! read more
