I am a physician and know how patients are transported to the morgue in the hospital. I thought a mortuary would be even more respectful when transporting from a home to their facilities. These two insincere men walked into our home, and after looking at my mother said they would not use a stretcher but instead use their "mobile stretcher" after verifying the family wanted to remain in the room, they unfolded a grey plastic body bag, unzipped it, rolled my mother in it, and carried her out. The hospice nurse, and caregivers who have experience with this protocol were horrified with the crass and unprofessional behavior. I certainly hope this is not because my mother is Chinese and there might be bias?!?? I would not recommend this facility for a pet much less a loved one. read more

My husband passed away last week and this is the best place to go!! They treat you like they are part of your family and don't pressure you into buying anything. I do have to throw in a little joke here on one of them (won't say name) but you might want to watch how he spells. Likes to use a K instead of a W. Thank you so much you guys!! My Dad recently passed away. That we lived in different states, added a challenge I was unprepared to meet. One phone call, a kind and controlled voice on the other end offered choices and help that I considered above and beyond the call of duty: questions answered, arrangements quickly made, physical requirements met; those that distance had rendered impossible for me.
