Using Florida native plantings to attract butterflies, bees, and birds, the area is like none other. He also designed, built and installed a small pond that includes directed rainwater from the house roof, an overfill runoff that borders the lower half of the property, and more colorful Florida native plantings. Since the initial installation, we've used his expertise numerous times s in maintaining the landscape. He is very flexible in understanding our personal desires to make additions and changes on our own. Of course, we check with him for his advice and he never fails to impress us with his knowledge of the trade. He can educate you on any subject that you may need information. He responds to emails very quickly and is happy to do so. He answers your questions with additional information you may need but not know it. Excellent customer service is quite a rarity in so many businesses. Not so with Frank. You always get more than you pay for with him - both in customer service and in the work for which you've contracted. AAL by Frank Gabry is as good as it gets for designing, developing, installation, maintenance, and follow-up. You'll not be disappointed.

Frank Gabry was competitive but we hired because of his ideas to improve the landscaping around the house by adding different plantings. We were very pleased with the results and subsequently hired Frank to change our irrigation system and provide accent lighting for the house and garden areas. Will hire him again when need arises.

After installing the plants, I didn't get the number that was on the quote and I was told that "You got more dirt so we gave you fewer plants". After some discussion, they agreed to add the plants. Be careful with the irrigation added to the contract. We were charged $2,000 for doing absolutely nothing and the comment was that the clock begins for hourly charges when they leave the plant! They were stuck on I75 so w e were charged for several hours. The sales person said that it was less than what we predicted, so you should be happy. This is not the service I expected. I asked for a manager/owner to call me back and never received a call. We will not consider Hazeltine in the future.

Waited quite a long time in their office, finally yelled, "hello!" and someone came out. I asked about my Geiger tree. Her response was, (get this), "leave your name and numb..." I said, "Whoa. I already left my name and number and no one called me back". "Well, I'll call you back" she said, (she sounded just like the first person who told me that). I said isn't there some way you can check to see if one is available, even if it has to be ordered?" Her response? "Give me your name and...." Needless to say, I bought my tree, the same day, elsewhere. Real pros, this group.

They are professional, knowledgeable, do beautiful work, have great design ideas, and are prompt on communication and follow up, which is so nice. The crew is very respectful when on site working on your house and keeps everything clean and tidy, which is hard to find. Everyone at the office is friendly and so easy to work with. I highly recommend reaching out for your next Landscaping Redesign, or even just some seasonal color and awesome pots! I get tons of compliments on the changes/enhancements.

The need was to update both the front and back yards at our house -- to add some color and clean things up a bit. We asked three companies for options, and they all submitted proposals in the $10-15K range. Critter Ridge was the middle of the three on price, but we liked their proposal the best and the people seemed very nice. They proposed a plan that used 75% of the existing plant material, but added some new plants for color and moved some things around to improve the lines. After living with the new landscaping for about a month now, we couldn't be happier with the end result. Since they're a top provider they're pretty busy and scheduling was about 2 months from acceptance of the proposal, which was fine with us. The job took about three days to complete, with a few odds and ends being cleaned up a day or two later. They did everything we asked, and even did a few extra things just to make it look even better. Plus, they were great to work with, making sure that we were 100% satisfied with the job and addressing every concern. I highly recommend Critter Ridge.

Despite multiple requests over the course of a year to stop excessive spraying of Roundup Pro Max, One Earth continues to douse areas throughout our community -including weed-free spaces - and even directly on clearly marked "Do Not Spray" signs. Recently, they've reached a new low. Although the community had been sprayed just a few weeks ago, workers were again observed heavily applying Roundup Pro Max - this time without the blue dye. At least when dye was used, residents could see treated areas and keep children and pets away. Spraying without the dye recklessly leaves everyone completely unaware. Over the last few months, they continue to spray excessively without the blue marker dye - most recently spraying twice in two days. Apparently, the photos are "doing their best to avoid spraying where signs are posted." One of our security cameras even recorded several One Earth workers and their management clearly mocking our 'Do Not Spray' signs on several occasions. Due to this lack of professionalism, disgraceful behavior, and repeated unnecessary exposure to toxic chemicals, I would not recommend this company.
