Fun place to spend an hour or two especially great if you have kids. Plenty of kids activities such as corn beach, pumpkin, bowling, photo opportunities and farm animals! Very reasonably priced pumpkins for purchase. Porta potties available on premise. Super friendly staff.

Rock Creek Farm is a great place for two reasons: first, as many reviewers say, they have a great big pumpkin patch (actually multiple patches-like the whole farm!) Each October, the place comes alive and draws huge crowds for various fall activities. Usually they'll get a corn maze going, tons of picking, and other fun things for kids. The my have many acres of pumpkins, you're sure to get one here. Staff is friendly and helpful, but parking and crowds can be tough. They have an online reservation system and tickets were $6 per adult. The other great thing, is they keep access to the Coal Creek bike path through the property, and never gave me trouble. They have some nice fields and generally add to the rural character of that area of town. Just parking at Stearns Lake and walking east, you can have a very scenic walk along the farm.

We had a great time at this pumpkin patch. Entry into the patch and kids play area is free this year (2023). Self-picked pumpkins are $7 each. It's the closest patch to our house and was open Tuesdays and Wednesdays when others in this are were closed. My kids (1, 4, and 7) all had an amazing time playing in the kids area. There were two pumpkin shaped bounce houses, a corn kernel "sand" box, huge bales of hay and great painted wooden photo ops. The older kids liked jumping from bale to bale and played tag and hide and seek. Would recommend. They accept cards to pay for your pumpkins and also offer squash, baked goods and more for sale. The checkout process was fast and friendly.

Fun spot with the ability to actually enter the fields, so an actual pumpkin patch experience unlike many of the other Front Range experiences. They used to only charge for the pumpkins. Now, it's $7/person plus $7 a pumpkin. The "kids area" is nothing to write home about, so not sure why they charge a "cover" fee. Still fun, but less loyal to this farm and will look for other options in 2022.

Husband and I had a fun trip on a Friday for an anniversary weekend fun activity. We purchased a pumpkin from the field, did 3 of the 4 corn mazes, and picked up some gourds, mini dried corn, and apple cider. It's a true farm so there is some driving around to reach the various destinations.

An actual pumpkin patch farm where you are allowed to roam around and pick off any pumpkin you'd like to bring home. The patch is huge and there's plenty of pumpkins to choose from As for the rest of the farm - it's mostly catered towards children it seems. You have to pay $6 or $7 per person to even enter the farm. And then you follow the signs to drive all the way to the back of the farm to the pumpkin patch. To exit the farm, you need to drive all the way around to the front. There's no clear signage but you're supposed to pay for your pumpkins at this stand near the exit. Then they give you an exit ticket that will be collected by someone by the exit. If you don't get an exit ticket, they make you drive all the way back around the farm to get to the stand again.

A great fall family outing! Even with the record early hard freeze we found pumpkins in the patch. The corn maze(s) will entertain guests of all ages 7 abilities. If that's not enough there are more activities on the way out for kiddos. This will be our go to pumpkin patch and corn maze from now on. If you go it's cash only! They do have an ATM but with high fees and a long line.

Our family enjoyed our morning at the pumpkin patch. After reading reviews & Facebook comments, we decided to arrive right at opening. We drove right out to a patch and began our quest to find the perfect pumpkins! All shapes and sizes as far as the eye can see with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. When we arrived, while there were directions in the box there weren't any plastic tools. After we reached a patch, we found a plastic knife on the ground which we used to cut our pumpkins. So you might want to bring a tool - even as simple as a plastic knife - to cut your pumpkin. After selecting our pumpkins, we followed the detailed signs to the corn maze. We visited all the mazes and found all 18 stations to complete our card. We were given a huge cookie as a bonus for completing the mazes. We headed out to pay for our pumpkins and check out the photo ops and animals. Having tweens & teens this didn't appeal to them as much as the patch and mazes. That said they have something for every age. I highly recommend getting there first thing in the morning if you're going on a weekend.

Had a great time during opening weekend! Tons of pumpkins to pick from. Fun activities for kiddos including small maze, tractors, pigs, goats, and mini ponies! There is a price for admission and then pumpkins any size are $7. They give you free range to roam the pumpkin fields and are able to drive your cars there so no long walk or hay ride. Super fun!!

What a fun, peaceful, and some what serene pumpkin patch.

We had a fun time at Rock Creek. There were clear signs on what direction to go, and where to park. My kids had fun on the hay bail maze. There were many different pumpkins to choose from, and the view of the mountains were amazing. I really enjoyed this day.

Growing up in Los Angeles, my only experience with pumpkin patches would be a yard with pumpkins to choose from. And that's it. Speaking of pumpkins, there was a good variety in terms of white versus orange versus green-striped pumpkins. There were a range of pumpkin sizes ranging from pie to the ginormous ones that I had trouble picking up because they were so large. The only reason this place doesn't get five stars is that the pumpkin patch was a little bit sparse (probably because most people came earlier in the month) and there were at least a few pumpkins that were rotten or cracked open and should be been removed before customers arrived. Inside the shed, you can buy a bunch of locally sourced and made goodies, such as peach cider and peach ice cream. Yum! I'm so happy that our friends invited us here for a playdate, and we're excited to visit again next year when the little one will be old enough to walk around and choose a pumpkin to bring home.

I gave myself lots of time. It was super hot in the sun - bring a hat with a big visor!! At this time of year this year the corn was all pretty dried out - very fall feeling. I went on a weekend day - a Saturday - so yah there were plenty of families and such. I just randomly wandered the corn maze running into the occasional child or parent but or teen group, but I found it very nice to just wander until I got out! It took about an hour. No stress and it actually felt positive that there were lots of other people in the maze at the same time. Less scary. They had a mini corn maze and a "crazy" corn maze so I chose the crazy one since I was trying to be brave. If you feel less brave, try the mini one! Next year I might try their night time corn maze! I love how they curated the pumpkin area! Pumpkins galore everywhere and organized by their gorgeous colors. So pretty and seriously so many like WOW! It was visually really nice. Lots of great creative photo op areas were nicely set up. Lots of kid activities of course. If you're a lone adult like me you're probably gonna do - corn maze, food truck, shopping. I like that they partnered with Palomar Farms to have some farmers market goodies. I did seem some unique jarred delights. I walked away with FROG jam and rhubarb jam! Next year I will try to go earlier in the season when the corn maze is maybe still a little bit green to see what that's like. I liked their modern branding and curated vibe. The corn maze staff was also super friendly and understood my anxiety. I also loved that the activities were a la carte. I paid for the corn maze which was under $20 and my jarred market delights which were $8.99 each. Parking was free. Okay I'm stating that cause I'm from LA. It's still a relief when parking is free here!

For my husband's birthday last weekend, I booked us each a 55 minute api-therapy appointment. We were in our individual huts and the experience was amazing!! Being beekeepers ourselves, we have a great love for bees and completely understand their importance and benefits that they bring to the world. The huts are very cozy and you're provided clean towels if you choose to rest your head on a pillow. While this seems the best way to lay in the hut, you really cannot hear the bees. They provide a face cradle so you can lay on your stomach and that worked so much better. I put my nose between the cedar planks so that I could inhale so much more of the hive air and I cannot tell you how much I absolutely love the smell of wood combined with the scent of honey and honeycomb! Don't worry, the bees cannot get to you as there is a wire mesh to keep them separate from you. Since there is a sliver of light coming through the hive side, you can watch the bees working. The huts themselves are bright and full of light. I fell asleep probably within 5 minutes after I adjusted myself and slept for about 40 minutes. To me, the collective of bees sounded like rushing water once you listen past the single, higher pitched buzzes. We both felt completely relaxed and refreshed afterward. I suggest everyone to give api-therapy a try!!
