While I was standing outside my car talking to a friend, one of their workers came from behind the car next to mine and blew grass clippings directly into our faces, into my open car, and all over my dashboard, floor, door panels, clothes, shoes, and hair. We were yelling and waving our hands to get his attention, but he didn't stop right away. When he finally saw us, he just turned around and walked off -- no apology, no acknowledgment. I called the McDonald's right away and was given the landscaping company's contact info. I spoke to a woman who said she'd pass the message to a supervisor, but no one ever followed up. Totally unprofessional behavior and even worse customer service. If you care about courtesy and respect, I wouldn't recommend this company for any kind of work.

Dwayne comes out and gives you an estimate in person. He tells you upfront about the liability insurance which covers up to two million in damages - but, you aren't going to need it. He lays out what will get done including the removal of the wood. He will leave it if you want or will haul it all off or any mix in between. The quote I received was fair and beat several others who wanted much, much more. I am not going to say it was a cut-throat price but for what I got it was worth it. The quality of the work is excellent. No damage to my house or outbuildings occurred for the two days they were on my property. Dwayne and his crew are trustworthy and above board. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and made sure things like the AC unit was covered so as not to get saw dust in it. Tree work isn't cheap and overall, I am satisfied with the service provided. They are a stand-up business.

His initial consultation resulted in a very detailed consultation report with 4 options. His onsite work was AMAZING! We had a huge bamboo field that had become completely overgrown.
