I have used them to upgrade our pool to a variable speed pump, a new updated control panel electronically controlled valves and converting to a salt pool. There were a couple issues getting it all set up, but Kaz worked it out and was willing and able to make sure it was operating correctly. We recently hired Stone Studio to install a new kitchen sink and granite countertops. We were…read moredisappointed in the workmanship as well as customer service. Here are the major issues: 1) The measuring and/or cutting for the kitchen desktop was off (too long). Instead of having the slab trimmed, the installers forced it into place & punched a long hole through the wall's sheetrock. Stone Studio resolved this by providing a granite backsplash around the desktop to hide the hole. 2) The strip of granite between the wall and the hole for the sink is too narrow. We had expressed concern about this when selecting our sink & were assured by David (co-owner) that the sink we were considering would fit with absolutely no problem. Our faucet fit only by rigging it with extra parts sold at Home Depot, but the faucet base still scrapes the backsplash. Having researched faucet measurements online, it is clear that we will have extreme difficulty finding another faucet that will fit when this one needs to be replaced. We were told that Stone Studio considers this a successful installation. 3) After installation a crack was discovered in the new sink. It is not Stone Studio's procedure to open & visually inspect a sink prior to installation. It took about 45 minutes to contact David (co-owner), at which point he said he would try to find another sink the next day. Late the next day, a Thursday, we received an email saying one would have to be ordered. A full week after the initial installation, they finally had a new sink to install. If we hadn't done the plumbing ourselves we would have had to pay plumbers for multiple trips. Instead we had to install, remove and reinstall the faucet on our own time to make our kitchen functional. 4) The overhang on the counter side with kitchen stools is longer than the Stone Studio contract (and online resources) recommend without brackets; it was intended to be within guidelines but was measured/cut incorrectly. Justin (co-owner) said that it was close enough & will probably be fine with normal use; no remedy was made. We had to buy and install brackets to ensure the overhang doesn't break off. Our disappointment in customer service stems from a lack of urgency to address problems, lack of concern about the inconvenience caused, and resistance to acknowledge most of the problems. It was only as the final payment came due on the last day of the job that either owner apologized for "any inconveniences" or "hiccups" that had occurred.

They were on time and did not waste any time. They were very careful wrapping furniture and not bumping into walls. They securely wrapped all of my moms furniture diligently. We picked a package of 3 movers and received a set of boxes that were delivered a week prior to her move date. We paid less than $400 and the 3 guys we had were super nice and friendly. They all wore their mask the entire move during these COVID times. We will be recommending DC movers and will be using them again ourselves.

I built my first two ponds and the staff…read moreat Pond Country has always taken the time to educate me about my pond, plumbing issues, general maintenance and so much more. I never left with unanswered questions. The staff has always been great, friendly and helpful. In November of 2024 I needed a new liner for my pond. Pond Country sent someone to access my pond and give me an estimate on the rebuild. I was tired of repairing my mistakes so I wanting a fully reconstructed pond. I cannot express how satisfied I am with the reconfiguration, the design and the size of the pond they built for me. It isn't just a pond, there are multiple waterfalls, streams and fountain features incorporated into the streams. I tell people I do not have to go on vacation, it is in my backyard in the safety of my own property. It is absolutely gorgeous, every aspect of the design and the final result of my pond is astounding. If you want it done right, hire a company that has been doing this for almost 30 years. Their dedication and precision to detail goes above and beyond what I expected, but I certainly appreciate all the hard work that went into my backyard oasis.

Again they built a beautiful pond but do not count on them to service your pond after it is installed. I spent 75,000 dollars with them and feel like I was lied to. They specifically sold me on their maintenance packages. My pond is now full of algae and I am having a hard time finding someone to service it.
