When I finally spoke to someone they demanded I pay next month's dues AND a $63.59 annual fee just to cancel a month-to-month membership with no commitment. I was also hit with a $34 overdraft fee from their 4am charge attempts. I sent a formal written cancellation email, filed a complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General's Consumer Protection office, filed a BBB complaint, and filed a CFPB complaint against their billing processor ABC Financial. This gym makes it intentionally difficult to cancel and uses predatory billing tactics. The $1 promo is a trap. Stay far away from this location. Zero stars if I could.

I'm talking straight from the parking lot into the gym. No shoes, no socks, just ten toes down on every surface imaginable. It's giving Tarzan does leg day. And the wild part? She walks right past staff like it's totally normal. Meanwhile, I'm over here dodging invisible germs like it's a cardio warmup. Crunch Outer Loop, I say this with love this ain't a yoga retreat in Bali. It's a gym. Where people sweat. Every single instructor is fantastic, and they can help you with modifications as you grow in your yoga practice. Need a break? Take one. I felt felt intimated in many yoga classes before, but not here. It is so welcoming. The space is spacious without being huge, and classes are never huge. I really cannot say enough about how much I love Supreme Peace. There are a variety of packages and price levels, and you can see the full schedule online. They also do a number of workshops and trainings. (If you've never done yoga before and want to start, they do a series for beginners.) There are some parking spots along with plenty of street parking. Supreme Peace is very community focused, and I am so thankful to have this amazing place in my community. We didn't have a traditional yoga class set up. Instead we did a body love workshop. Our instructor was Jodie and she was very welcoming. There are cubbies and hooks at the back entrance for coats and shoes. In the next room there is seating and tea options should you want something to drink. There is also fresh water you can pour into a cup. The main room is pretty big and 16 of us fit comfortably in a circle. Jodie had us write down negative things we hear, heard or learned over the years that we needed to expel from our life. It was a total cleansing and many of the ladies shed tears as they realized they had things to dispel from their spirits. I plan to come back to check out the actual yoga class and will update the review on that. The room is comfortable, the pillows and rugs we used were good quality. I can see that there were blocks and mats available for use too.

Not only do they provide a fun and active outlet for children through martial arts, but their after school care is amazing! My sister always knows that Hwang's will provide for my nephew when he is out of school on a snow day, during the summer, and on the weekends. They reinforce good habits through reward systems, they keep structure, and they encourage positive interactions. The consistency is appreciated and the familiarity is welcoming. My nephew loves it and so do we!
