Sorry for the long review but I can't begin to tell you enough about Dr Aaron Miller and Rock Chiropractic. After struggling with debilitating sciatica pain, shooting right leg pain, electrical pulses, calf aches, numbness and burning in my foot, as well as CONSTANT low back pain, for over 8 years, my quality of life has diminished, and I was ready to give up and just accept that this is my life and I have to live with this. For years, I've dealt with constant, excruciating pain shooting from my right buttock down to my foot, causing burning sensations and numbness in my toes. It is a daily struggle, and I had grown accustomed to constant discomfort, which has caused me to embrace a sedentary lifestyle, giving up all of my favorite physical activities for fear of increasing my pain and discomfort, also relying on pain pills to get through the day. I've been prescribed by my medical Dr, a controlled substance pain pills for the past 6-7 years, and while they allow me to function, I am tired of just masking the pain. I had almost given up on any real treatment or hope for a better future. So as i as scrolling through my phone while being a couch potato (yes, in pain), I happen to see a video pop up on social media talking about the Sonar Wave treatments and how much this has changed peoples lives. being at my wits end, I watched the video, listened to the testimonials and decided to reach out to Rock Chiropractic. I am so thankful I did. Thanks to Dr. Aaron Miller and my first SonarWave treatment, I have a renewed sense of hope I booked my first Appt after having a call with Dr Miller, but was still so hesitant, due to horror stories and the "snap, crackle, pop" that often comes to mind when thinking about Chiropractic adjustments, BUT....after just one session with the SonarWave, I stood up in the office and my pain had completely subsided. I was able to bend over and touch my toes without hesitation and for the first time in years, without PAIN! i was almost in tears. Just over a month ago I came to this office looking for help with an injury to my neck and shoulder. I had been to my primary care physician, surgeon, and a pain management specialist before coming to Dr. Miller for a second opinion . Even with all the people involved, I had not given a diagnosis on my neck nor shoulder pain. No one had real, straightforward answers on why I was in so much pain. On my 1st day at Rock Chiropractic , Dr. Miller took an X-ray of my neck & back. By the next morning when I came back for my adjustment, Dr. Miller had a Diagnosis for me including a full medical break down, informative brochures and my x-rays to review with me. He also used other x-rays to compare my spine to what a healthy, injury free spine should look like . Dr. Miller took his time to explain the injury, what recovery would look like and what my next steps were. Dr. Miller recommended an aggressive approach to my situation so I started going 3 times a week. Yes I was totally sore but by that second week, I was already feeling positive changes . This was the best I'd felt in months. I continue my therapy even now and am truly grateful that I found Dr. Miller at Rock Chiropractic . I have a long road ahead of me but I know the treatments I am receiving are going to get me back to normal, if not better than I was in due time! The treatment is great! Even with COVID and the safety procedures put into place, behind the masks you can hear a smiling face! Everyone including the doctor is super caring. Mrs Tracy is always friendly, always welcoming and I have never felt uncomfortable when speaking about private matters with her nor the doctor. I went through 6 procedure of SoftWave therapy with Dr Miller , due to middle plantar fasciitis. Before the procedure, the pain was not significant, and normal walking but became super painful after 6 procedures. I could not walk, my legs swelled up, pain while sitting, lying, standing state. I was taken to the hospital, my orthopedic doctor referral an MRI. BONS: Reactive bone marrow edema of the plantar calcaneus noted deep to the plantar fascia insertion.!!!! The problem was not cured, and I'm left crippled :(((((( , I now will need 6 months to recover!!! Please be careful and look for another specialist, if possible. I cannot say enough about Dr. Miller. 5 years ago I was told I have arthritis in both knees, the right being the worst of the two. I started out with steroid injections, and my primary care physician told me if that did not work, the next would be knee replacement surgery. I started researching knee replacement and found out the cons far outweighed the pros, so decided that was definitely not for me. I stopped the injections because they were not doing much and tried joint supplements and pain relievers. About two months ago, the pain was so bad that I had actually started thinking about knee replacement. I had previously looked into stem cell replacement and had not yet saved up the money to get that procedure. I keep looking, then I saw the Rock Chiropractic ad on Facebook! My consultation for stem wave therapy was 5 days after I saw the ad. I got the complimentary visit and had a stem wave therapy treatment. There were times during the treatment that I felt I was going to go through the ceiling. But they do say "no pain, no gain". After the treatment, I walked down the hall with my pain level down to a 5 or 6 (after being an 8). I am on my 3rd week of treatment and my knee is getting better by the day. I had lost hope that I would ever feel this good again, but Dr. Miller is working me through that. I do have other issues, but decided to try one area first, and I have no doubt that I will take care of those issues in the next few months. I do highly recommend Dr. Miller. I first came across ROCK CHIROPRACTIC a few years ago due to a promo deal they were offering. I suffered a work injury that caused my knee to give me pain. So I became interested in the benefits of the SHOCKWAVE (softwave) therapy and it proved its benefits after the first visit. However, I returned a few years later for chiropractic sessions due to a sports injury and since my sessions my low back pain has gone from an 8 (1-10) to a 2-3. The pain has progressively gotten better. Once I was experiencing 7-9 pain (1-10) and now it has gone down to a 3-4. I can play basketball again, my daily movements have improved. I can bend in the shower, put my socks on, feed my pups, and put my shoes on without pain. Getting up off the couch is no longer a challenge and I feel great. With sessions remaining, I feel like I'm on course to move around like a young man again. Alright Dr. Miller, you've got me. I've been waiting a while to write this review mostly because I had never been to a chiropractor before, and have been very skeptical about it since the very beginning. Dr. Miller will tell you, the first day I met him I said "I never understood why once you go to a chiropractor, you never stop going". It's been several months now that my husband and I have been visiting this practice. We've been paying a pretty penny for it, since we aren't covered by insurance for chiropractic care... but after (I think) about 7 months of coming in we both agree it's worth it! I won't go too much into the details of our personal issues that we came in with initially but I will say that after this period of time I have little to no remaining symptoms of what previously ailed me. Dr. Miller and his staff take the "whole person" approach to their care and I think that is what really sets them apart from other chiropractors in the area. Dr. Miller has changed my life!! I was put on opiates for pain, after being diagnosed with leukemia in 2008! I had been a prisoner to these drugs for 9 years and couldn't go 6 hours without taking more! I tried physical therapy and cortisone shots to no avail! I started getting adjusted, doing therapies and getting a little massage that Dr. Miller calls the "thumper" at Rock Chiropractic. Originally started seeing Dr Miller for my 10 year old son who had some tough lacrosse games. After seeing his improvement after just his first visit I signed my 8 year old and I up for maintenance care. I have had great results, funny thing is I didn't even realize my body wasn't functioning to full capacity! My 8 year old had an ear infection. I couldn't get him into the pediatrician for 24 hours. We went in for our normal chiropractic appointment and I mentioned that he was sick and had an ear infection. After Dr. Miller adjusted his ears his sinuses drained like crazy! I was able to cancel the pediatrician appointment scheduled for the next day. Now anytime any of us are sick we make an extra trip to see Dr. Miller for a complete adjustment. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rock Chiropractic! From the moment you walk in, you feel a positive vibe at the front desk from Stacie. She is personable, engaging, and very helpful! As far as Dr. Miller, he makes you feel immediately comfortable, and takes the time to explain what adjustments can do for you. He looks at your spine in detail, explains to you the issues, and starts a plan with what he can do in the office, and what you can do on your own, such as stretching exercises. He made me aware that spinal health is important to your nervous system, which in turn attributes to optimal health. He is honest about what he can do for you, and is very informative. It has taken me a while to right a review but I noticed others had similar experiences. The initial consulting visit was thorough and agreed with treatment even though I was skeptical (my first time to a chiropractor). Like others have stated, Dr. Miller talks you into buying large packages, which I am still owed money back, and they ignore my requests via phone calls for this. I have good insurance that covers the typical 45 times a year at $60 dollars each visit (that is the typical charge from a chiropractor by the way). However, Dr. Miller charges $80 dollars to patients with covering insurance to get an extra $20 dollars each visit but charges $60 to patients without insurance. Talk about a racket! I was also not comfortable being worked on in the open (no private offices) and being literally hammered with a hammer drill and homemade drill bit. Ultimately, I stopped going because the most pain area (lower back) was not being addressed. Because Rock Chiropractor owes me money back and for the reasons stated above, I highly recommend not going. I hate to write poor reviews but I do not want others to have the same experience. In addition, my friend went a couple times and stopped going for many of the same reasons so I know it is not just me. I have been mulling over this review for a really long time. I had such bad experiences that I get angry even thinking about it but I know I need to pass that information along to others. First off I appreciate that they do not do adjustments until they know what is going on with your spine. But I went in for 3 visits before I got an adjustment. The first three visits were x-rays and them telling me I needed to sign up for a big package of treatment. So you wont adjust me because you don't know what kind of treatment I need...but you are sure on how much treatment I will need. We even had to sit down for a lecture one time on all the great things they have done for people. At one point I was told "the best thing you can do for your health, is tell your friends they need adjustments" Uhh...what!?. We were also told we should try their special joint drink but it would be even better if we decided to sell it to our friends. It was exactly what you don't want in a chiropractor. My biggest issue was with billing. My boyfriend has awesome insurance that would cover the vast majority of the appointments he went in for (I would say treatment but that only happened once). Instead we were told we had to pay up front but would be credited towards future appointments when insurance paid them. I have never had any medical professional tell me that. Then....what do you know...the money never came through. First I called their office asking and was told they only bill insurance once a week but told it was going to be handled soon. Then I called insurance who told me it was never submitted. Then back to their office, where I was told most insurance companies don't cover chiropractic, BUT we could sign up for a big package of adjustments for only $3k. Interesting...but still doesn't change that his insurance does cover chiropractic. Then I was told their insurance biller was out of town. Then that the insurance biller had a family emergency. This went on for MONTHS! Finally I was told that they looked into it and they were excited to tell us that his insurance does cover chiropractic (no shit!) and now it was submitted and that they would send me a check since I no longer had any interest in a credit for future treatment. Months go by again...still nothing. So I call insurance again and am told they have never received any contact from Rock Chiropractic. I then called RC and left multiple messages that were never returned. It has now been years and absolutely nothing has come of the situation. In the end this place is exactly what makes people not trust or want to go to a chiropractor. I have to admit I haven't been back to one since because I am scared of being scammed again. read more

I've probably been to seven different chiropractors in my life, because I believe in the concept and how it can really help in wellness and health. Generally speaking the Chiropractors have been unimpressive. They tend to follow the same format, don't listen well and don't seem all that concerned with an individuals big health picture. My perception of Chiropractors has changed since I started seeing Dr. Miller at Rock Chiropractic. He listens. He tries new techniques to discover what works best for my body and situation. He explains what he is doing and why. He provides additional therapies and exercises to help you on multiple levels. In the past (at other Chiropractors) my appointments would consist of waiting 10 minutes waiting in a lobby and a minute or less actually getting adjusted - now I feel like I have a partner in health, who gives me much more than I expected. I have been to prior chiropractors and was able to get temporary relief but recently needed to change practices because my prior doctor went out of business. My husband found Dr. Miller and I am so thankful he did. After my very first adjustment I had instant relief of pain and walked out of his office with no limp for the first time, in a long time. This speaks measures. Dr. Miller takes his time and gives a thorough exam along with x-rays before recommending any treatment. He asks questions and he listens. Everyone, Buyer beware. I too met this guy at the Parker Farmers Market at his booth; seemed nice enough. I paid in advance and went to see him. My experience is similar to others who have posted reviews. Here are my observations: 1. His clientele that day were old folks who need a lot of care and treatments which adds up to big money for him. Before even examining me, he told me he usually wants patients to come in 3 times a week for months. If you don't work and/or can afford $$$ every month, then he is a doc for you. If you do work, fight traffic, and don't have $$$ every week for months then stay way. 2. My medical discussions and all appointments are private. He wants to treat you in the lobby of his office. Really? 3. He never examined me but took my money, and then told me to go down the street for an adjustment 4 times a year from a quack that only charges $25. What a jerk. I don't have scoliosis, migraines, or anything else he treats. I just wanted my hips to be aligned. I didn't fit into his long term money making plans so he booted me out. I have NEVER seen a practitioner behave in this manner. I know my health and body. I have been working on body/mind for 4 decades. I don't need a stranger trying to rook me into a big care package to make extra profit. Try someone else. There are many doctors and clinics out there who are excellent at what they do so look at reviews, talk to folks and ask who they are pleased with then try one. I went to Dr Miller's office just to get some Bio-Freeze to help my terrible lower back pain. While I was there I had the chance to meet Aaron and talk to him about my back. At that time I was having a very difficult time walking; and sleeping all night was something I had just given up on. I was using Vicodin to get by and was at the point where I was about to see about back surgery; even though every one I've ever spoken to that has had it warned me against it. Fortunately, Dr. Miller convinced me to let him do x-rays and see what he could do to help me. My lower back was a train wreck(my words, not his). I don't even remember everything that was wrong but he took a great deal of time going over the films and describing the results. I was ready to try anything so I agreed to the treatment. Yes, it was costly, and not covered by my insurance but I felt he could help me. Within 3 treatments I was walking much more easily and after a couple more I could sleep through the night. This was worth anything to me. I have read some of the other reviews here and I am baffled. I don't care about the equipment. I've had billing issues at many medical practices. As far as other monetary issues: wake up people, a medical office is a business! They need to make a profit like any other business. What I expect is results and that is exactly what I got. I always use to think that Chiropractors are a bunch of quacks. Earlier this year my wife had some very serious back issues (to the point where she could barely walk or sleep or bend over) and went to Dr. Miller. I was amazed at how well she recovered, especially after many Doctors were telling her that she needed back surgery. So, I decided to give it a go. I have been suffering from back and neck issues for about 4-5 years (from 30+ years of playing golf). I have been going to Rock Chiro now for about 4-5 months, and the honest truth of the matter is that I feel younger, looser, and quite frankly, overall better in my neck and back. I was skeptical of the need for ongoing Chiropractic preventative care but now I am a firm believer. My husband and I started going to Rock Chiropractic several years ago and have benefited greatly. They emphasize a healthy lifestyle and have classes on nutrition and exercise. I went for a year then stopped going as I thought I was 'too busy' but at age 60 began to have many problems with my lower back. Very painful spasms and lots of doctor visits, drugs, physical therapy and generally feeling like I was 90 years old. So I enrolled again at Rock Chiro and now I am very conscientious to make my weekly appointments. I am feeling great and staying healthy and owe a lot to Dr. Miller. It is a bit expensive but Doctor visits and physical therapy and lost work hours cost a lot more in the long run. Also, my husband is a software developer and was suffering from carpal tunnel in his wrist and arm and this condition disappeared after he began the Chiro treatment. He stayed in the plan for one year but he still swears Dr. Miller fixed him and he has never had this problem again. read more

In the early 1990s, an orthopedist installed metal rods along my spine, running most of the length of my back, due to severe scoliosis. I first visited a chiropractor in 2005, when I began experiencing lower back pain, and she alleviated it. I discontinued chiropractic treatment for a few years when she relocated her practice. When the pain returned, I found Rock Chiropractic and Dr. Miller. He first took x-rays, and I discovered the curve in my neck and lower back had increased. I did not have much hope for improving the curvature, but after only a few weeks of treatment, we surprisingly are achieving success! I plan to continue with my chiropractic treatment to maintain the positive outcome. Presently, I am generally very healthy, and I am hopeful that my migraines will eventually dissipate as my neck improves. Dr. Miller's philosophy of care and his approach is smart, simple, and very effective. His staff and he are friendly, and they truly care about their patients. His billing practices are straightforward and reasonable, and the staff and he are great at working around demanding patient schedules. My growing, young daughters also have mild scoliosis, and I am hopeful that Dr. Miller will be able to give them great preventative care, and they will not have to endure the back braces and surgery as I did. I highly recommend Rock Chiropractic and Dr. Miller to anyone with complicated issues such as mine or those who seek to improve or maintain their overall health. read more
