Not the best sushi I've ever eaten, but it was damn good. I would prefer more uncooked choices. We were seated quickly and our server was able to answer any questions we posed. I've had sushi in Japan, Korea, and other places all over the US as well. I'm not going to compare this place to those standards. I'm going to compare it to Conway. This is the ok'est sushi in Conway. It's not amazing for Conway. It's not bad for Conway. It's just ok. It's a chain so not much can be done about that. Prices are better than most places in Conway though. If relatively low priced ok sushi is what you're looking for, then this is the place in Conway. My gripe has more to do with management. Used the website that was linked online that offered delivery and carry out. Put in the order, left a sizeable tip for the driver. On the final page, it automatically switches to carry out because apparently they don't offer delivery, despite this website telling you they do. But it doesn't alert you that it did this. It simply states on a long long page of info, in small letters that it is carry out. Not that it's been switched to carry out. So if you don't know to actively look for it, you will not see it. This is not the restaurant's fault. This is a website design issue. That's fine. Not their fault. Just a terribly made website by an incompetent web designer. When I brought this up with the manager, she told me she would remove the tip because.... there's no driver, obviously. When I received the receipt, it showed the tip. I asked her about it, and she said it wouldn't show up on my card. Lo and behold, it was on my card. She never even bothered trying to remove it or checking to see if I had been charged. She literally... did... nothing, and told me it was taken care of. I don't blame the other employees for this, because they didn't know how to deal with it, and that's fine. That just means the manager isn't doing her job training her employees. But the manager herself came to deal with the issue, and literally did nothing about it. That's on her. Rest of the staff was nice. Manager was curt and useless. TLDR: Very OK sushi for Conway(not anywhere else). Decently low prices. Polite and helpful staff. Useless management. read more

Ordered to go. Their eel avocado roll was good! But I'm disappointed by the fried rice. I was told it was good and I must order it. But it was oily with little flavor and the rice did not seem fresh. read more

More buck for a little bang. The service there was ok. However when it comes to specialized sushi it's primarily different types of shrimp tempura rolls. They have a few regular sushi rolls, but if you're looking for something more I wouldn't recommend them. read more

Ok experience. The sushi was not great. There is much fresher fish elsewhere if that's what you're going for I don't recommend it. The fish was very dry and the salmon tasted smoked. Sake choices weren't bad. We had a good time, the environment was fun but the food isn't good. read more

I'm not from Conway but was passing thru. Read prior reviews so seemed like RnR Sushi worth a try, and did take out. Order done on time and nice server brought it to me. I never tipped the bag but when back to hotel the juice in the edamame had leaked out into the bag. The ginger salad used a rough lettuce rather than something softer or even iceberg would have been better. Had the salmon sashimi. Cost $8 so had high expectations. However, fish did not taste fresh or high quality. Also very small amount for the price. Got the pretty rainbow roll. Similarly, fish in it was not good tasting. It just opened in my area and I wasn't sure of it. But my boyfriend has been there a couple of times. So the last date night we had we decided to eat there. And man I'm glad we did. It was freaking delicious. A little expensive for my taste. But the food is good and I love the atmosphere. read more

This is the WORST sushi/hibachi place in Conway and probably in Arkansas. The food was sticky and unseasoned. The rice was old and bad. The meat was cold. The sushi was the only decent part. I ordered sweet tea. It was sooo bad. Literally water. Then I ordered water. And surprisingly the water was worse. It doesn't get any worse than this. read more

I was super excited when I heard we were getting a Rock and Roll Sushi in Conway! I love the atmosphere and the staff was super friendly. All of my tables sushi was excellent, but our favorite was definitely the appetizer of Headbanger Shrimp! Not to mention everything came out quickly, even though it was opening day and they were busy. I can't wait to go again! read more
