This is one of my go to Chinese Food spot in NLR. When I place my order and pick it up, they're always friendly!! Food is always fresh, scrumptious, generous portions, and great prices. I typically order the hibachi teriyaki chicken or combination (shrimp and chicken). The shrimps are plump and juicy. I also like to grab a few extra teriyaki sauces, garlic butter, and yum yum sauce with my order.....always adds a finishing touch to my meal! Come here on a Friday around noon for lunch. I was honestly looking for some sushi and this was the closest. With that being said, don't come her for the sushi. They only have 4 options and they are all cooked, not raw (what I was looking for). The restaurant is fairly small, but plenty of seats. You order and pick-up from the counter. I was there for about an hour and the majority of the orders that came through were to-go. I ordered the Razorback roll and a side of fried rice. Both were very good! The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and the food came out fairly quick and still hot and fresh. I only have one complaint, the AC seemed to not work, so it was very hot in there. We ordered 3 sushi rolls. I was shocked to find that they were rice filled sushi rolls with barley anything inside. I have never seen sushi like this before. Ordered the "Shrimp Hibachi" and it was pretty good! Veggies were cooked to perfection and whole entree wasn't too salty or plain. You even get a small cup of yum-yum sauce to go with it. My boyfriend ordered the steak combination (I think) and his was good as well. He said his steak was cooked just how he asked and said he's never ordered from an Asian restaurant that asked how he wanted his steak. Overall, food and service was great. read more

Great little corner location in Sherwood/North Little Rock area for high quality Japanese cuisine. This is the second location for this small but big on quality express restaurant. Have eaten there twice and each time the food was prepared fast and perfectly. Order at the counter and eat in or take out as you please. The fried items are deliciously crispy and non greasy. Try the Chicken Tempura or the Shrimp Tempura. Each come with a lot of protein and vegetables as well. The fried rice is simple but delicious. Comes with a good amount of egg scrambled in with the wonderful rice. Yummy! Sauces are extra and drinks are available. A nice addition to the neighborhood. I ordered the chicken and Steak hibachi combo and some egg rolls. The Egg rolls were really fantastic, a crisp outside along with a juicy flavorful inside that went well with the flaky exterior. The hibachi was just average in my opinion. The steak was overcooked and a little tough, Chicken was floating in teriyaki sauce and still a little dry. The fried rice and veggies were good. Took out dinner from here tonight for the first time. Excellent flavor to the two hibachi meals! We got one chicken meal and one combo of (med rare) steak and shrimp, and the proteins, rice and vegetables were all seasoned and cooked perfectly. We will be back! read more

This place is soooooo good for a quick meal! The seafood is always cleaned properly which is one of my big peeves. The price is a bit expensive for a to go place, but compared to other hibachi places it's about normal. The sushi could be better, but seeing as that isn't their specialty it's alright. read more

The food here is so good! I have tried a variety of things here. It's always been very good. I would say better than any sit down hibachi restaurant. The biggest surprises are found on the appetizer and sides menu. The shrimp tempura is outstanding and comes with breaded veggies and onion rings in the same batter. It is a meal by itself. For $24 it was awful. The beat thing was the crab Rangoon, which was basically cream cheese wonton than anything. No "crab" to be found anywhere. And the 4pcs of shrimp that came in a $16 combo of chicken and shrimp was ridiculous and the rice literally was just plain with some oil. Not worth it. Never get it again. read more
