I called back and the conversation went something like: ME: "Hello, I sent you the videos yesterday and I..." HIM: "I got 'em." ME: "Sooooo..... is this something you can fix?" HIM: "Yeah, I'll give you a call." That was month and a half ago. I found a different and more responsive contractor to solve my problem.
