We just had our wedding here and it was absolutely amazing and beautiful! We used the outdoor fire pit for our ceremony and then the nature center for our reception and it was perfect for our small intimate wedding (we had about 48 people). It was such a great value too, we rented the lodge and fire pit area for the entire day for less than $300 (not including the deposit which we got back after cleaning and turning in the keys.) The natural greenery made for such gorgeous outdoor photos and also reduced the need for extra outdoor decor aside from our arbor and chair sashes. Highly recommend for small events, it was a life and budget saver for us when our original venue booking fell through and I'm actually grateful that it worked out this way because the Nature Center hands down made our wedding unforgettable. read more

A very nice park for walking. We will definitely be back. Bathrooms are pretty good for a park. Better than a lot I've used.

It's pretty and apparently the senior citizens walking their dogs hangout. One dog section was closed but one area was open and one puppy there so my active Loki had a playmate. Trails looked pretty but our first public outing so we didn't explore. Only negative is the dog area was dusty. But the dogs didn't care. Had a big water bucket which a sweet lady filled for us. read more

Horrible dog park. 1st, it's a huge hike to the back of the park to get to the dog park. If you're disabled, forget it. 2nd it's a mess. The grounds are mud. The obstacles are made of wood that is warped and broken. Puddles everywhere. No water outlets except one fountain outside of the fenced area. There's 3 gallon steel buckets of swamp water on the mud ridden patio. Oh , and there's no dogs. Idk why they even made this park except to use in home sales pitches, "there's a big dog park just around the corner. read more

This park was a stop on the Jingle Hike. This park a a nice nature center and restrooms. Caution they do close both of them for the season. It has a well used dog park. The park also has an inner and outer loop on their walking trail. On the outer walking trail small trails branch off into the woods. We are going to try them next time because the trails were muddy and slick. read more

I have just recently started going to this dog park a lot! My dog and I love it! There have been a few times where people bring their aggressive dogs, but they usually aren't in there for long! I think it is also pretty clean! What's also nice about this park is if the dog park isn't full with very many dogs, you can go explore the many different trails that are around! read more

This is nice little park with a good walking and running track for the big kids while the actual kids can play on the settings and a decent sized slide. Good table options for your picnic needs and it's almost hidden and gives that nice secluded feel when you just want to get away for a quick lunch break. read more

This is a beautiful park that is well kept and enjoyable to visit. They have a dog park, playground, paved walking trails, and a scout trail through the woods. The paved trails make a few small loops throughout the park and the outer one is a little over a mile and has a few small hills which adds a little spice compared to the flat trails in other parks. The park gets crowded on nice days, but if you come early it is a great place to go for a run or take a peaceful walk in nature. read more

Love the shady forest covering most of the path. Keeps it nice and cool on the 100+ days. The dog park is set up nicely with obstacle course equipment and a covered bench area. It's a large open field with a 6ft tall wire fence, nice & sturdy. I do wish there were more trees in the off leash area though. It's fantastic, but can be quite hot. read more
