First of all they showed up when the event was set to start asking us if we had a dolly to unload the bounce house and then told us they forgot the tables and chairs. So they left to get them and our event started with nothing. Then we waited two hours for them to pickup and apparently they had decided not to pickup that day and nobody told us. I'm glad we weren't set up somewhere that it couldn't be kept (ie a rented location) because they didn't pickup until 4 days later. After the first incidence they gave me a partial refund so I wasn't going to write this review but after the pickup fiasco I felt compelled. Super thankful for them going a little outside their normal delivery zone so I could order everything (tent, table, chair, slide, snow cone, & Cotton candy machine) from one vendor. Horrible experience with this vendor. Signed a contract two months in advance, the company decided to agree with the contract without verifying my exact location. On the morning the contracted slip-n-slide was supposed to be delivered, they called to tell me that they just checked the address (which was on the signed contract for TWO months) and were not able to deliver to my location. Additionally, I spoke to the owner regarding the unreasonable behavior of the company and he was very unpleasant and hung up on me multiple times. I would HIGHLY suggest never doing business with this company. The only reason I even gave them one star is because zero stars is not an option. read more

Well, the moonwalk, table and chairs were fine. They set the moonwalk up but didn't set up the table and chairs. Whatever, okay fine. I had to spray the tables and chairs down with bleach because they weren't clean whatsoever. Well, I had a canopy set up also. It was very windy outside and they didn't but the stakes down the canopy so it blew all over the yard. I called the business back and the manager or owner was very apologetic and concerned. But because the owner/manager handled my situation properly, I will most likely rent from them again. Not bad read more

Had the worst customer service with this company. We reserved a bounce house months in advance and the morning it was supposed to be delivered, they cancelled on us. The owner was inconsiderate, and honestly did not care of meeting the customer's expectations. I would not recommend using this service. read more

I reserved a moonwalk to be delivered Sunday at 10am, two hours before my son's birthday party. I received a phone call from Rock the House at 9:45am telling me they would be about an hour late because they were having issues at another drop off. So, I called back at 10:45 to make sure everything was on schedule, cause my party was at noon. They told me it would be another 30-45 minutes before they got there. Rock tha House did not show up to deliver the moonwalk until 11:55am (5 minutes before my party). The driver that delivered said they had problems with the truck over heating. When I was told at 9:45 that they were late because of another delivery. The moonwalk was also dirty and had holes in the netting.DO NOT recommend this company and will NEVER use them again. read more

Great experience! I rented a tent/table/chairs and a moonwalk in June for my daughters birthday. They arrived promptly and the 3rd party who setup the tent were great. The moonwalk was clean! I will definitely use them again for future events. The tent was awesome and well secured. They used my water to fill the barrels but it didn't spike my water bill too high. read more
