He was very engaging so the kids were laughing the whole time. It's difficult to keep the focus on little ones especially ages 5-12, but he kept everyone focused on him and engaged and laughing. He did magic tricks, comedy, and balloon animals for the kids which was awesome! The pricing is fair so you aren't being overcharged like some other magicians I spoke to when shopping around. So they left to get them and our event started with nothing. Then we waited two hours for them to pickup and apparently they had decided not to pickup that day and nobody told us. I'm glad we weren't set up somewhere that it couldn't be kept (ie a rented location) because they didn't pickup until 4 days later. After the first incidence they gave me a partial refund so I wasn't going to write this review but after the pickup fiasco I felt compelled. I'll give one positive the bounce house was nice and clean.

I even went by his location and no Alex no response. I never heard back. Crickets! I had to go through another vender and had to pay a fee because of late booking and me picking up the table and chairs. Here it is a week later and still no response. Their drapes setup is simply stunning! THEN, we had a little issue with the extra wind we were receiving in the party area and he came out and fixed our drapes again to make sure they wouldn't move.
