When you spend over $12,500 you want a product that will last. I should have said something back when it was being installed, but I think the installer brought his son and had him installing the doors and handles while he was doing something else. It has now been four years and my floor is completely broken up, buckled in some placed and full of holes and dents. It's a mess. Even though the Flooring had a 10 year guarantee, the manufacturer is ignoring me, and best hardwood floors will not do a thing about it. Definitely do not shop here they do not guarantee their products. They are very difficult to deal with.
