Great desk staff on arrival. We had a problem with the window shade coming undone when we first entered the room. I mentioned it to the desk when we were going out for dinner and told them that it did not need to be repaired during our one-night visit, but after dinner, we came back to find that the repair had been made while we were out. To make it worse, when I asked why I was being asked to move while the table for lane 28 was already taken, I was brushed off with, "It's a full house." That was it. No apology, no solution, and no attempt to handle the situation respectfully or professionally. I was essentially asked to get up and relocate mid-visit because of their own poor organization, which felt embarrassing and completely unnecessary. If you're going to enforce lane-specific seating or a "bar line," then clearly label the tables and train staff to communicate with basic courtesy. As if that wasn't enough, when I went to the bathroom afterward, there was no toilet paper. For a busy establishment, that's unacceptable. Customer service matters. Communication matters. How you treat people matters. Between the disorganized seating, dismissive response, and lack of basic restroom supplies, it's clear guest experience is not a priority here. I won't be returning. There are plenty of places that understand basic hospitality -- unfortunately, this isn't one of them.

Her staff the day of was very patient with us as some things changed last minute. The food was delicious and exactly what we ordered, their timing with our event was perfect and they were very gracious allowing us to store our guests' desserts until time to serve.
