I contracted with Murray concrete to expand our pool deck and seal it in June. Initially, the…read moreconcrete work looked great....then came the sealant. Once they were done with the sealant we had boot prints and random streaks in the sealant, newly chipped and cracked concrete and discolored areas all over the pool deck because they applied the sealant wrong. The owner said he was going to fix it for us but we've gotten the run around ever since, he even had the nerve to cuss at me when I asked when he was coming back.

He's left us with a splotchy, slippery mess that is dangerous around our pool, even when dry. Its cracking in places and it's only been in place for about a month. He puts us off, saying he will be over to look and discuss repair. Finally when confronted with his apathy he said "it is what it is". I have pictures and texts to show all of this. My heart is sad because it's halfway through summer and I'm still trying to get my pool deck fixed.
