We celebrated a kids birthday party there and the kids had so much fun. Place is definitely decked out, full of rockets and space theme. There is an arcade area, laser tag, virtual reality games, bounce house and indoor playground. It is a great place to celebrate a birthday, big or small. We really enjoy this place. It is definitely an odd location and you may think you're going the wrong way because it is back in a warehouse zone with not very good signage. Check out their Groupons for the play area that include an arcade card and we had a blast playing laser tag. It has been pretty empty at anytime we have gone. Beware! The laser tag is one small Room where you can see both bases, without anywhere to hide or run. We went and the equipment did not work. The equipment is outdated and janky looking. We had a birthday party scheduled before we went to try it. I immediately cancelled the party and would have been so embarrassed to have our friends and family there. I am still waiting for the refund after several weeks of the owner saying he would send it. In booking they tried to make me sign a contract that said they could do a recurring charge- that should have been my first sign there was going to be problems. There are far nicer and bigger places to have parties that probably cost a lot less. read more

Went in on a Sunday afternoon and there was barely anyone there, which was great, but one birthday party took every table so there was nowhere to sit. On top of that, at the birthday table only 3 adults sitting there holding it for kids who are playing. Us and another family just walked out, if a birthday party that didn't even pay for a room doesn't allow for anyone else to go in, as a business you are losing business or should consider renting out the place to those people that probably barely paid anything. read more

I had trouble finding a place that would be fun for kids that age that wasn't an astronomical price. This place was perfect! Decent sized indoor playpace, a few video games, but a big laser tag room! It was a perfect size for kids to full on Sprint & to even Conan adults vs kids game. We all fit & weren't all on top of each other. The walls and obstacles are perfect for little ones & it's not too dark at the point of scary. We all had LOTS OF FUN!!! As far as the birthday package, great pricing! Both managers helped immensely with planning and day of event! There are multiple helpers who help you set up the room and set up your decorations any way you like, & provide suggestions! We ran out of helium & they graciously helped us get more. The food that comes with the package was delicious!!! We got chicken, pizza, & wings & everyone thought the food was great! The helpers also continuously brought out drinks & I never had to ask for more. When your time in the room is over, there's tables next to the play place where you can hang out until the kids are done playing. I usually wait a while before I write a review, so that my experience can marinate, but I had such a pleasant time here with my girls that I felt compelled to write one right away! This brand new play spot for the kiddos is great! The space theme is SO FUN, and done really well! Love the more mellow lighting. It's very apparent that expenses were not spared during the construction! All of the equipment is still new and in excellent condition. My kids played very happily for two hours! In addition to the great play facility they also have a really solid little kitchen! They serve pizzas, chicken wings, sandwiches, and salads! All of the available salads looked fresh and appealing. Some of the arcades don't work properly, but, as you can see in the picture, not of much interest to most kids as they spend more time playing laser tag or in the indoor playground. Enough seating areas for the adults. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because there are way too many items at the food concessions area that are OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED. Beware! I love this place it was kinda hard to find but it's located inside of a warehouse complex. It's huge and really nice. The food was good we ordered pizza, wings and drinks. The kids got cards that were loaded with tickets to play but we never knew if they were playing or not because we didn't see them once they started playin. Lol after the party was over we sung happy birthday cut the cake and everyone went to play again and it was time to go. Maybe birthday parties or party packages have better deals. They sale the game cards by the dollar, and each game costs $1 or more, so that got pricy. Then the game cards didn't work, so he offered to give me 2 cards with 30 min unlimited play. That was kind, but I feel the unlimited play should be offered initially. Laser tag was pricy, and short. I have taken my kids here twice now since it has opened! The entire place is very nice and clean. They have really neat hand cleaning stations that you just stick your hands in and they do the work- I don't know how to explain it- but they were very handy for getting the kids' hands clean without having to go into a bathroom. We ordered food, which seemed very fresh. My kids loved it. We got chicken tenders and fries. My kids played for 2 hours non stop each time we have been here. They make you watch a movie, but the rules of reloading the laser tag gun doesn't go with what they have there. So I gave three starts because the place is cute. Small kids will definitely have fun. The experience was okay until we were getting ready to leave...my nephew was so excited to see what toy he could get with his points on his card. He played this one game about 4/5 times that is sort of like a wheel you spin and win tickets depending upon which section of the wheel you land on. Every space is a win mind you it just varies from 10 tickets to 500. His first spin was 10, then he won the 50 tickets another 2-10s and a 25. He even played a game where you use balls to knock down some clowns and won't few points there. Long story short, we went to the front to redeem points and the card was saying he only won 2 points! That's ridiculous and the girl at the front desk wasn't helpful at all and even came across slightly rude and giving off an impression that we were lying about points. Like honestly who would really lie for some cheap toys at the front. He's a child whom was looking forward to choosing some sort of prize so needless to say he was very disappointed especially when he knew he won tickets on that one specific game! As a business owner myself I feel there were several different ways she could of handled it and even offered him a piece of candy or something given that machines and computers do malfunction sometimes or whatever the case was.
