We left when we noticed adults not following the rules.

Lauderdale and are in the area with little kids, this is a great spot to cool off while the kids burn their energy off.

Seating is extremely limited, and what is available is not positioned in a way that allows parents to comfortably keep eyes on their children while they play. At places like this, active supervision is important, and parents often need to stay hyper-vigilant. Unfortunately, the layout doesn't really support that, and staff did not seem particularly accommodating to parents trying to remain close or maintain visibility of their kids. Overall, the concept is fun and the kids enjoyed themselves, but better cleanliness, more thoughtful seating placement, and a more parent-aware environment would significantly improve the experience.

They have a concessions where you can get pizza, drinks, ice cream, coffee, etc. The play area is large... there are around 6 giant bounce houses with slides and obstacles. And a section for toddlers with ball pits. It's definitely fun! And safe and indoors! You must wear socks to be in the area ... no shoes, no bare feet! They do have socks for sale $2 if you forget.

In addition to this, they let kids of all sizes go inside while the little ones are there (wrong specially when you don't let parents do that). All in all, the place is weird and somewhat unpleasant -- a wannabe place for sure; one I won't be going back to ever.

It feels more suited for toddlers and younger children rather than the full age range they advertise. The biggest downside is the setup when you first walk in. The entrance/lobby area is very small and gets crowded quickly with parents and kids. There's very limited seating, and it felt tight and a bit messy with people eating in that space. I also didn't love that adults are charged just to go past the gate (including needing to purchase socks), even if you're just supervising. That felt unnecessary compared to similar places. That said, the woman working at the front was extremely kind and welcoming -- very easy to talk to and helpful. She mentioned this is actually the smallest of their locations, which makes sense. Inside the play area was cleaner and more organized, and the bathrooms were very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent spot for younger kids to burn energy. My daughter enjoyed herself and wants to go back -- I'd just consider trying one of their larger locations next time.

Cons: The facility was dirty and obviously needed to be cleaned. We visited on a Sunday morning, and debris was everywhere. It was apparent certain areas had not been cleaned in a long time. More staffing is needed, especially in the play area. There are areas with motorized go-cart type vehicles, and smaller children can wander in with ease and potentially be injured by other children driving these heavy vehicles. Parents should always pay close attention to their children, but additional staff in these areas can help to prevent potential injuries. We brought a grandmother in her 70s, and she was told she could not bring in a bottle of water to the play area. I understand the facility wants to make money from the sale of food and drink. However, a single bottle of water should not be a problem. We live in South Florida, where hydration should be a human right. Even major facilities like Hard Rock Stadium allow you to bring in one bottle of water.
