I'm a female, (58 yrs old) and my husband (62 yrs old) were hosting my best friend who was visiting us for two weeks. (she is the same age as me). I had made a list of things/activities for us to do while she was here and I put Xtreme Action Park on the list. Honestly, I did not think anyone would want to go. But, we woke up one day and decided to just hop over there because it wasn't far from our house. It was around noon on a Wednesday and we almost had the place all to ourselves! When we walked in, we were astonished at how huge this place was! It has indoor go kart racing and I'm not talking the slow, kiddie ones either! These go karts went very fast and it was a very large and curvy track. They also had a huge skating rink, an entire 18 hole, miniature golf room, a huge trampoline room, an obstacle course that hung from the ceiling, virtual reality games and experiences, a ton of standard arcade games as well as a restaurant and bar. (they had so much that I'm probably forgetting something important!) We had the time of our lives! We killed zombies and road motorcycles and battled pirates, laughing, screaming, and yelling the entire time like three little kids. We stopped for a while and went to the bar and ordered nachos and Mojitos. The nachos were delicious (they were actually the best nachos I ever had! ) and they made a special Mojito that was also very good. After we ate and had a couple of drinks, we went back to playing arcade games. Before we got a chance to even do anything else we realized we had been there for five hours! By the time we left, it was getting very busy and we were exhausted but on top of the world. We had so much fun running around that place, each of us addicted to a different arcade game. We left with credits still on our cards so I am going back soon. First time going last night! I had soooo much fun. Will be coming again. But have some comments! Friday specials were clutch- 2 for 25$. This was a fire deal. Me and my friend did the VR and the mini golf! We also got lots of arcade credits to play the games. The VR was fun but I didn't like that they didn't clean the goggles (at least I didn't see) after someone playing. That is gross lol. I went and washed my face after. One of the VR rides was broken so I couldn't do it with my friend. The shooting one was a lot more fun than the SpongeBob. The mini golf was cute- it's mini golf lol! I had an extremely frustration at Xtreme Action Park. I brought my little brother there to celebrate his birthday because he had been excited about going all week. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were turned away due to an 18+ policy that staff said was put in place because of a fight that happened between some kids. What makes this situation especially frustrating is that I am 22 years old and was there specifically to supervise him. Instead of using a reasonable policy, such as requiring minors to be accompanied by an adult after a certain time, it seems the location chose the easier option of simply refusing entry to anyone under 18. That approach makes very little sense for a venue that markets itself as a place for family entertainment and kid-focused activities. Turning away a child on his birthday after he had been looking forward to visiting all week was extremely disappointing. It ruined what was supposed to be a fun celebration and left him very upset. Beyond that, the policy feels poorly thought out and the situation was handled in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. If the concern is unsupervised teens causing problems, it would be far more reasonable to enforce supervision requirements rather than penalizing families who are coming with responsible adults. Policies like this only end up pushing away the very families your business is meant to serve. I would appreciate clarification on this policy and whether this is now a permanent rule at this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other families don't have their plans disrupted the same way ours were.i do expect a response from whoever was in charge of that policy and ruined my little brother's birthday. read more

This places, huge, and has lots of activities to go to. Attended a corporate event, but I have two major issues. One was that they were unorganized in the scheduling of all the activities we were going to do. It was no communication that there was a requirement to wear clothes toed shoes. All of which was resolved. There were some glitches with the ability to use cards in the free player area. But the most annoying thing of all and the super reason that they got a two star instead of a four star is that in spite of having what seems to be a significant amount of square feet, the smell of food is Everywhere. It is nauseating. When you're playing mini golf, you smell it when you are in Laser. Tag you smell it when you are in the game area. You smell it. So much so that a couple of us were nauseous. read more

She took the time to walk us through how the go-karting worked and made sure we understood everything before we got out on the track. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from the start. I have come here a few times and really enjoy the time spent, its fun for every age. We came with my Grandson as a pre birthday celebration and had a blast with the arcade games and laser tag. Extreme has also Trampoline, skating, go carts, bowling and a few more things to enjoy as well as a Restaurant and 2 bars. something new I noticed they upped their security as there was an officer checking bags and screening for weapons. This place is so insanely fun wow I would go back so many times. The ropes cores was awesome. They have both easy and hard ones I loved it. The arcade is fun too, lots of games. You get one haunted house but 3 sections so for the price you are getting a lot. I was very impressed with the detail the actors and the set up of everything I highly recommend . Such a fun place for adults and kids. This was my second or third time coming and I had an amazing time. I took my oldest one for a pre birthday celebration and we enjoyed the arcade and the laser tag. However there's so much more from vr, trampoline, skating , bowling and more. Restaurant and 2 bars also on site. I'm not sure if this is a weekend thing but at the entrance there's a security guard checking bags and screening for arms. There's also police on site giving rounds . Something's like laser tag need to be scheduled ahead so I recommend to do that before going to the arcade as I had to wait 30 min before my round. We've checked out extreme action, park a couple of times. We've played the mini golf course and in the arcade. The golf course is upstairs, but they do have an elevator that can take you up there, just ask an employee. It's a great place to unwind and have some fun. There's plenty of parking out front and it's perfect for a large group or celebration. They also have a roller skating rink that I'd like to check out next. read more

It was very fun but the attractions were slightly dirty. The cost for one kid in the trampoline park was $40 and you had to sign up to be a member which was another $15 dollars. The staff there was more strict than a prep school. There was also ok y one bathroom and the bathroom was a single stall. I just can't believe only one stall for like 300 people. We are regular skaters at Xtreme and have been for years... The AC in the rink has been broken for over 4 months. This is a MAJOR problem for us skaters. We keep being told "they are working on it" It's the hottest part of summer and we are paying for AC but what we are getting is skating in a heated rink!?! Fun times! A friend insisted we go here for Pro Kart racing. This is way different and faster than what I envisioned from back in the old time Grand Prix Race-o-Rama days! They give you helmets and the ride is quite faster at 45 mph with track scores and standings. The first available slot was at 7:20pm (we got there at 5). This got us in the mood for some Halo and DDR. This blows away Boomers! The ropes course adventure above the arcade on a harness looks like a fun challenge for teens and tweens. This was the PERFECT place to host my daughter's 10th birthday party!! We purchased the Skating package. Our Hostess, Manouchca was absolutely amazing! She ensured that we had everything we needed and everything flowed perfectly. The skating area was alot of fun. My only concern was that some of our young guests weren't allowed to use the skating assistant guides. Although they were 9 and 10 year olds, they were non skaters and didn't give over the guides. There were plenty that weren't being used so I don't feel the workers needed to continue to take them away since that was the only way since of the kids were able to enjoy themselves. read more

I was imagining boomers but this is sooooo much better! First, the go karts are like being on a nascar track. Seriously, I've never had so much fun on go karts in my life. These things are seriously fast! Secondly, the laser tag looks amazing! I plan on coming back with more people to play that one of these days. Thirdly, the arcade section has some very new and updated games. Way better than your typical arcade but still includes the classics. Lastly, the bowling! My daughter loves to come here! They have tons to do: from roller blading, to arcade games to mini golf - and honestly so much more. Just as you would expect, it's always pretty busy here and on weekend nights it is an older crowd and not for the younger kid crowd. Overall, the staff is nice, the atmosphere is fun, and they have decent food options- think typical activity park food like hot dogs and burgers. Xtreme Trampoline Park in Miami is easily one of the worst, most poorly run places I've ever been to. This was our first time, and we expected at least basic attention or guidance--but apparently that's too much to ask. Instead, you walk into a loud, overcrowded circus where nobody explains anything and the staff acts like helping you is a personal inconvenience. The whole place feels neglected and chaotic, like they just cram in as many people as possible without caring about the experience at all. But the worst part by far was the roller skating area--honestly, it felt straight-up dangerous. The fence around it is METAL, and every couple of minutes you'd hear a loud bang because someone slammed right into it. Not once, not twice--constantly. It was actually disturbing how normal that seemed to them. At that point it stops being "not fun" and starts being completely unacceptable. It feels like they cut corners everywhere and don't care if people get hurt as long as they're making money. For how overpriced it is, this place is a complete joke. Disorganized, unsafe, and clearly doesn't care about customers. Avoid it unless you enjoy wasting money and risking getting hurt.if I could put negative stars I would read more

A mixed bag. I went to a friend's birthday party as she wanted to skate. It doesn't open skating until 7pm. And they only play ONE kind of "music." Crap and hip hop. NO variety. There are hundreds of video games, a skywalk, an escape room ... I wish they had pool tables. The bar is EXPENSIVE!! $18 + tip / drink which was tasty, but mostly ice. Definitely not worth it. So much fun! My family and I went on a Friday during the day and were able to avoid large crowds. The place has so much to do; go karts, bowling, arcade, etc. We chose to do a go kart race, arcade and the 3D adventure. From the minute my son saw the arcade he was giddy and bouncing from game to game. We played several games and when our go kart time came around made our way there. My son was one of 2 kids on the track so he was able to zoom around several times at high speeds and had an absolute blast. We then made our way to the 3D experience. It was scary, fun and great target practice. The whole family had a great time. After playing more at the arcade we were able to redeem our tickets for toys which ended the day nicely! We had a very enjoyable day here and already can't wait to come again! The only downside is how pricey it can get when you start doing more and more things especially with a larger family. read more

I am submitting this complaint to formally report serious failures in safety enforcement, staff conduct, and management behavior at the Fort Lauderdale location of Extreme Action Park. On January 28, at approximately 10:40 PM, I visited the facility with my family to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday, accompanied by friends and other minors (ages 16-17). The incident occurred during our final go-kart race. Before entering the track, staff clearly explained that any driver intentionally rear-ending others more than twice would be removed and the race stopped. During the race, a reckless participant intentionally rammed at least five other drivers, including minors, at high speed. This behavior violated the stated safety rules and created a significant risk of injury. Despite this, no staff intervention occurred. The driver was not removed, and the race continued. It was evident that track employees were distracted on their personal phones and not actively monitoring the race. After the race, go-kart staff confirmed the incidents occurred as described, but stated they could not take action and instructed me to speak with customer service. At the front desk, the situation escalated severely. I approached calmly with four minors, attempting to explain the safety issue and request a fair resolution. Instead, we were met with hostility, dismissive behavior, and mockery. The manager immediately raised her voice, refused to listen, refused to provide her name when requested, and told my daughter -- on her birthday -- to "be quiet." Staff members laughed, made sarcastic remarks, and behaved in a manner that was humiliating and intimidating, especially toward minors. When the manager contacted the go-kart staff via radio, they confirmed my account was accurate, yet she dismissed the issue and offered only a future credit, which was unacceptable given the circumstances. When I stated I would document the incident, most employees ran into the back office and hid, while only a few remained present.
