I used Rockets Limo for the first time this week. I came into Houston from out of state for a business trip and needed a ride from the airport. My flight was delayed and Rockets was really flexible about updating my pickup time. When I arrived, the driver was waiting for me at the baggage claim and helped retrieve my baggage. The driver was friendly, professional, and easily got me to my destination. It was a very easy ride - nothing unsafe or insanely fast (unlike some!). The vehicle was clean and aligned with my expectations. I've taken too many cabs that are dirty, the driving is terrible, or the driver is creepy. I'll use Rockets again in the future! read more

Had a special family member headed to MD Anderson. Had enough to worry about with that and did not want to deal with Uber, Shuttles or cab. Wanted someone there when I landed and would get my family where we needed to go. We had an open end on the back side and did not know how long we would be there, When the doctors released my family member early we were shocked and wanted to get home as fast as we could. I don't recommend doing this to anyone, but under the circumstances, we wanted to get home. We called them up and asked if it was possible to get us to the airport to catch a flight that day and needed to leave within the hour to get there. We were expecting it to be not possible, but 30 minutes later the car showed up. We started the experience with the driver at the airport baggage claim with our name on a sign waiting for us as we came to baggage and and ended with them bending over backwards to get my family to the flight to get home. We would definitely recommend Rocket and would use them again. Easy booking, fast and reliable answers to my question and they delivered what they said they would. read more

I chose Rocket Limo based soley on the great Yelp reviews and was completely happy. I took a limo from Katy to the airport early Monday morning during heavy rain and flooding. I felt safe and secure the whole time. My driver arrived a little late due to the weather, but called to let me know that so fine with that. Most of the ride to the airport was uneventful in heavy rain. Traffic came to a complete stop on the beltway about 5 miles from the airport so we tried our luck with side roads. After a couple turnarounds and some help from Waze, we got to a road that we could actually get through (just barely) and I arrived safely at the airport. I would recommend Rocket to anyone and will definitely use them when I need a car service in Houston. read more
