She prescribed an expensive ointment that seemed to make the condition worse. It certainly did not help. After calling numerous times and getting voice mail, I finally got a live person on the phone who put me on hold. Then disconnected me. Finally, a nurse called me back and I explained that my condition had worsened. She promised to speak with Hartsough and call me back.
