They offered me credit for the $140 defective dress but refused to give me a refund although, they can be reimbursed for defective items. Just returned from my Vegas trip, and I gotta say that visiting the physical store was the highlight of my mini vacation. I've been following them online for a while, and I do agree with another review that the online store does this place no justice. You definitely have to see the store itself to get the real and full shopping experience. While the actual store isn't that big, it's just so nice to be able to see all the displayed clothing to feel and try in person. I also have to give major props to Angel for being such a sweet person. I learned she is the owner's daughter. I went with my nephew and we both had so many questions. She was super patience with us, and was super helpful. She even gave some tips on how to style certain things, and advised that if they did not have a size, we can always keep in contact to order the style and size that we want. The whole place is totally kitsch. They have the amazing sign and gate outside with the signature colors. You'll go through a tiki style door, and all the goodness is in a small store. The dressing rooms are also cute on another level. What I love the most about shopping here was the variety of pieces that they had available, and their size ranges are broad, up until plus sizes. While not the cheapest price tag wise, you are paying for top quality clothing, which means you're literally getting the best. I bought a few logo shirts, jewelry, and a pair of Boulevard Night capris. My nephew bought a matching shirt and short set, and a cool shirt as well. I cannot wait to return to Vegas to visit this place to see what is new. I highly recommend to my fellow retromaniacs to follow and visit this place. I'm a huge fan of this cute little boutique located near the heart of downtown Las Vegas. From their adorable accessories to their fabulous form fitting pinup style dresses, I just can't get enough! I originally found this clothing store while browsing through Instagram photos of pinup dresses. I was so excited to discover that this store was in my city and couldn't wait to stop in to try on all the dresses in person! Before I stopped in, I ordered one of their dresses online and got a message back within a few days that my dress was ready to be picked up. The clerk warmly greeted me when I walked in and showed me to their quaint dressing rooms to try on my dress. She even helped me zip it up and it fit perfectly!! I'm so pleased with the service I received and the affordable price of my dress that I simply cannot wait to come back and buy more items. My daughter and I were looking for a unique dress for an event she has coming up and we both wanted to check this little store out. There is a check in offer but not for Yelpers. :( All the clothing here is a throwback to the 1950's and pin up girls. Super cute skirts, dresses, bustiers and button up capri's and shorts. The salesgirl was friendly and helpful. Although we were not successful with finding what my daughter needed, I did buy her a really cute purse. It was time for me to revamp my style and update my wardrobe and I decided to check out Rockin' Bettie because I absolutely love their social media and wanted to be able to go and try on things instead of just ordering on line. I'm a plus size lady, and finding the style and fit I want has been a challenge. The first time I went in was a Monday & I happened to be the only shopper on the store. I was explained what I was looking for and was given some great suggestions. I ended up purchasing almost everything I tried on. Everything fit great and made me feel amazing! I decided to go back again today because I needed to finish off my wardrobe with a few more pieces. It was a Saturday, so much busier but I still got personalized attention as did the other customers on the store. I purchased a couple more things to help me complete my wardrobe. I asked about some items they have online but I didn't see I'm store and was advised that they can be ordered and in stock fairly quickly. It was another great experience. Such a cute store. Lot's of cute dresses, petticoats and wide belts. There were scarves too, nice simple colors. I liked that. Although there were prices on most everything, some of the things...like the belts, scarves and cardigans...did not have any pricing. All you have to do is ask though. I found a cute cardigan that I had to have. It was so cute, and not too bad at $25. The petticoats on display are super cute, and very soft. They are a bit longer than would work for me (I am 5'2"), as they look like they are meant to show at the bottom of your dress. I prefer the petticoat to remain hidden. Ashley was the one to ring up my cardigan. She was super friendly right when we walked in the door. She put my purchase into a really cute bag as well. My first visit to Rockin' Bettie and it did not disappoint! I was greeted by a sidewalk sale (everything $15!) and the owner, who was super sweet and super cute in her pinup hair! Everything was on sale today, which really helped out considering I found way more than my vintage loving heart could have asked for. It looks small from the outside, but there was such a nice variety for all sizes and all seasons. The prices were very reasonable and generally less than some of the other vintage inspired stores I have visited. This will be my new "must do" every time I am in Vegas! read more

It's small, but has lots of clothing and other items. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The prices aren't bad. And if there's something you want that they don't have, just ask - they'll get it and beat most any price. They also have a photo studio in the back for 50s pin-up shoots. This is the cutest store! Wish we had something like it in the bay now that the local Tatyana is closed! I'd be in here every week if I lived close by. Came in here last week for something to wear to s/o's conference night-thing. Found a cute dress by Hell Bunny covered in roses. Amy was super helpful in offering me a million options on other outfits to wear even if I ultimately went with the thing I picked. Great service all around. Excellent yelp deal on offer. And she included a string of beads I had my eye on since the store was closed when I originally arrived. I always stop by here anytime I'm in town. I've been here twice and I also shopped at their booth at Dapper Day. What I like about Rockin' Bettie is that they have affordable and adorable basics for pinup and midcentury style. While I don't mind spending $100ish on a pinup style dress from leading brands, sometimes you need to stock up on blouses and accessories. Most of my blouses are from here. I own a few skirts. If you're in town, it's about a $7ish Lyft ride from the strip. However, it's in the arts district of Las Vegas - a must see if you're into pinup / midcentury culture. The girl working was incredibly helpful and helped pick out a few that were the best candidates. She even brought back a petticoat to make sure I got the full effect of each dress. I only needed one dress, but when you put one on and can't stop fanning it out, or twirling, I guess buying two is completely acceptable. Love this store. I bought my outfit for Viva from here and visited twice. Both times the sales rep. was very nice and helpful. She offered to get items down I could not reach, offered help getting different sizes and helped with ideas. I noticed she said Hi to everyone that walked in the door and offered assistance but was not on top of you pushing sales which is annoying. Prices are fair for the quality and being new. I prefer actual vintage clothing but wanted something more specific for the event which they had exactly what I was looking for.
