You can experience your kid's falling to the ground.   4 weeks ago, My daughter fell down to the ground while she was climbing the artificial climbing structure.You know, there are no safety stuffs on the floor like mattresses.   After the big injury, any staff didn't try to save my poor daughter. At the same time, they were saying that "we are not responsible" and they did not take any action.   Luckily, an off-duty Montgomery firefighter rescued my daughter and helped my family. Finally, my daughter was taken to the Emergency of Baptist Medical Centerand and she could't go to school for a week, as well as she is suffering post-traumatic stress disorder.   I sent e-mail to Rockin Jump Headquarter a couple of weeks ago. Probably one of the best kid friendly places we have ever been to! It has tons of trampolines, 2 dodge ball courts, 2 small basketball courts to dunk in, a giant tricky rock wall and so much more. The place was super clean and the staff was super friendly. You have to buy socks the first time you go for $2.50 each but they made jumping so much easier. We went on toddler Wednesday and my kids both left saying that the had never had so much fun! They have concessions for sale and very clean bathrooms. They even have tables where you can bring a lunch from home and eat when you are done. Overall, my and my family are super impressed and excited to have a place to take the kids too that is indoors and fun. read more

Need to hire a more mature staff!! The music was so loud that it could cause hearing damage. Two chairs were all that blocked kids from falling down a 4 foot drop off onto a cement floor ! I understand under construction but this was not safe. I also do not understand how the "manager" thought it was ok to be that way! I had a boy about 16 years old tell me he would look out for kids in that area & within 5 minutes HE was distracted by a game he decided to take part in. The "manager" danced around like she was in LaLa land the whole time. IF you do not keep a close eye on your children they could be seriously injured here. Do not look at your phone even for a moment !! We will NOT go back. We will go to Opelika instead. read more

If I could give this place a -0, I would! My daughter had a birthday party here, I was not told that the birthday recipient would be included in the 10 that where invited until I was at the venue. So therefore only 9 kids could be invited without being charged an additional $15 per child. Spoke with the manager, she was extremely nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. Was not accommodating at all. Told her I would not be having another party here again. I will spread the word to others if they ever decide to have a party here. read more

No birthday parties. I do not recommend having spending hundreds of dollars on a birthday party. The tax alone was around $30. We spent around $400 after taxes for our premium party. It was clearly not worth it. It would not have been worth half that. The floors are dirty and sticky and the service was terrible. Staff does not watch kids or monitor the times for activities. The coupon has in fine print the extra hour is only good during a week party. It is not worth it. Good luck with your waiver's. We had attended a birthday party 8 weeks before our party and were told our children did not have waiver's, so the party person would not allow ANYONE to get on the floor and jump even though all 10 kids had a waiver. This caused us to only get 30 minutes of jump time total. When we tried to get help and address issues with the manager she was not helpful. She just stood behind her desk and after a couple of times approaching her for help she just made me fill out another waiver.The change in management and personnel has been drastic over the past year and not in a good way. read more
