In Hospital emergency after falling down to the ground.

Fantastic Place!!! You can experience your kid's falling to the ground.   4 weeks ago, My daughter fell down to the ground while she was climbing the artificial climbing structure. You know, there are no safety stuffs on the floor like mattresses.   After the big injury, any staff didn't try to save my poor daughter. At the same time, they were saying that "we are not responsible" and they did not take any action.   Luckily, an off-duty Montgomery firefighter rescued my daughter and helped my family. Finally, my daughter was taken to the Emergency of Baptist Medical Centerand and she could't go to school for a week, as well as she is suffering post-traumatic stress disorder.   I sent e-mail to Rockin Jump Headquarter a couple of weeks ago. However, no response so far. The one thing my daughter wants is APOLOGY.   This is based on the fact and witness.

My daughter loves this place! Try to go early or late during a week day if you don't want to be overrun with other kids. It's fun for the entire family, a great workout too. They definitely need to mop their floors more often kinda sticky every time I go. Keep your socks.

A sign saying they are closed for the class we already bought tickets for! With no notice before hand!

This baby casino is very nice. I prefer to bring my kid during the weekday as an after school…read moretreat. Then there won't be too many people in there, mainly toddlers and homeschool kids. I try to avoid the baby casino during the weekend. It's pandemonium in there! But of course some kid she knows, at least once a year, has a party there on a Saturday. Maybe going during their slower hours has spoiled my kid, but I can see the frustration building when she's running around looking for a unoccupied game to play. Then the lines at the ticket stations are long and she gets ticket envy. No we're not getting more tokens so you can win more tickets so you can get the makeup kit. I can literally buy that for you at Walmart or Dollar Tree. Don't get me wrong, I like this place. As a nerdy/dorky mom, my favorite game is the Batman video game. I often think about going during my lunch break so I can play all the levels by myself and eat pizza that could be classified as cardboard once it reaches room temperature. But I also try to avoid it. They have a lunch special from 11-3pm And of course Chuck E will make it rain on the kids every 45mins. If there aren't that many people in there, you feel relatively safe letting your kid wonder around by themselves, while you keep an eye on them from one of the many seating booths. All bets are off if it's Saturday. Every kid for themselves. Protect your own!

Just got back from an excellent 3.5 day retreat at Butter and Egg Adventures…read more My husband and I brought 25 students, plus our two kids down to Troy. While the website was impressive, we had no idea the treat we were in for! The staff is warm and welcoming. The camp is family run, and it is obvious that the rest of the staff are included in that warmth. Our students had a blast on the zip lines and ropes courses, and grew together as a group through the facilitated team building activities. As a director of Residential Life it was incredibly heart warming watching the students open up to each other and work together in a new way. Honestly, I really can't say enough good things. Even though my husband and I were the only chaperones of 25 teens (with our two kids), we felt relaxed the entire time. Because of the staff's collaboration with us, we knew the students were taken care of. It made the entire adventure a relaxing experience - which, believe me, is a huge feat. While there were threats of a storm (which never happened) we felt perfectly safe with the camp's procedures. Any of our group's random complications were handled with grace and support. You can really tell the thought and care that Susan, Ron, Natalie, and the rest of the crew put into the entire experience. If you are looking for a fun, easy, and transformative experience for a group- I HIGHLY recommend you contacting Susan and Ron at Butter and Egg Adventures!!

Adults get wrist bands and kids just play! The staff is hands down the best for every aspect of customer service and attentive in every way! We attended our great nephew's birthday party here and it was the best way to beat the heat of summer and allow the kids to enjoy a safe environment sure to tire them out! There are several TVs but the kids won't notice them they will be to busy climbing and going down the slides! They keep the place clean and have a variety of adult and kids snacks to keep you hydrated and fed including chips, uncrustables, ice creams and a coffee machine that puts the fancy and expensive coffees from other places to shame! We had a large party and many of the bobas, frozen coffees and refreshers were so tasty! The staff made a few samples to try and it was like the best dessert-get the butterbeer or the peanut butter cup coffees- super delish! They allow you to bring some decorations and a cake and we also brought pizzas and juice boxes for the little ones! At the end the birthday boy got a tee shirt from them and he got his handprint in paint on the wall by the restrooms. They have a few massage chairs you can relax in for a few bux! Take your kids here but know as the chaperone you will be treated like royalty!! Thanks to the three girls that worked out party Saturday 6/27/26 you were the absolute best!

There was also a ninja course and small playrooms. The staff were friendly and observant of what was going on. Weevil play offered snacks and coffee non-alcoholic drinks for sale. There is a seated area to the side of the play structure for snacking. Everyone needs to have socks from Weevil play-including adults, with NO Shoes allowed inside the gate. This ensures the floors are clean for the kids & crawlers. The pricing was reasonable for what we have seen at indoor play places in several other cities. This business also offers rentals, but we have not rented from them-as we were visiting from out town. We will be back here to burn some kid energy when it is too hot outside!
