If you are looking for gourmet pizza, you should probably go somewhere. If you come here looking for decent pizza at a cheap price, welcome to CiCi's! For the price you pay, the pizza is surprisingly not bad at all. There were multiple different types of pizza out and each was pretty good for the price. The brownies and cinnamon rolls though are probably the best thing here. The employees themselves here were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately despite coming at 3:40 in the afternoon, the restaurant was packed with a bunch of people for whatever reason, with little kids walking all around the restaurant and overtaking the arcade area. So basically, if you only want to spend $8 on pizza, you will be more than satisfied. And it is by far LEAGUES better than Chuck E. Cheese so that as well.

I have photos of breadsticks lying there on the floor

I brought my daughter and her friends to celebrate the fact that they made the high school theater guild. We came in there this evening as we walked in at 7:30 the music was turned off when I paid I was overcharged when we went to the bar there was nothing but cheese pizza when we requested pizzas they refused to make it when we asked for breadsticks they refused to make it. They said that the prepper had called in, my daughters attempted to play the games the machines wouldn't work they did get a rubber duck I again asked for extra specialty pizza and they refused to make it. They told the table next to us to order pizzas. I complained that there was only cheese pizza there after spending $80 she refused to make any more pizzas. I took photos and I took video, she was taking pictures of us eating. WATCH THE SECURITY CAMERA She took photos as I left Finally there was a veggie pizza put on the bar but he walked around with it even taking it to the front counter. I couldn't see the whole situation was really shady. I asked for ranch dressing I asked for ranch dressing they didn't comply with anything, they ruined a celebration dinner at a spot that we've always love to go to. There was no excuse for this behavior. They refused to give me a receipt. I called another cc pizza to get the price quoted I was overcharged the food was cold There was no music. It was not fun. The place was empty. The people were rude was absolutely disappointing. There was no reason to be treated this way when you take five kids out to celebrate an achievement and accomplishment that those girls had worked so hard for all year. They were so excited to make the local high school guild and it's a big deal. All they wanted was a celebration and this establishment ruined it. I HAVE PHOTOS IF BREAD STICK PANS ON THE FLOOR Laying on a shelf by the conveyer belt

Our local Cici's closed about 4 years ago. It was oue favorite spot to go when we wanted cheap, but decent food. Anytime we travel, I always try to scope out the area for a Cici's. We stopped here on our way thru to Pensacola, Florida. I had a buy one get one free coupon that I printed from their website before we left town. They honored it, no questions asked. My husband and I were able to dine for about $10; this included sodas. We arrived right as the church lunch rush was ending on a Sunday afternoon. Fresh, hot pizzas were on the bar, and they were taking custom orders/requests as well. Absolutely no complaints on the food or service. My only suggestion would be to ditch the plastic silverware and go back to real knives and forks. It's just way too difficult to cut through a thick crust with flimsy plasticware.

We were served promptly and enjoyed every bite! The garden salad was big and fresh. His pizza was crisp and hot and loaded with 5 meats and lots of cheese. People around here insist on shredded but you can order a 'Build Your Own' with fresh mozzarella." That young lady deserves a raise. I don't know her salary, but trust me you should pay her more because she is fantastic at her job and is the reason for four stars instead of three. She kept smiles on the faces of everyone with a great sense of humor. As for the restaurant, it's a nice pizzeria with cool pictures on the wall and even a Ms. Pac-Man game in the corner. They have two tables on the patio outside but plenty of seating inside. We ordered the Build Your Own Pizza but basically made it a Margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella to go. Got to try and keep it somewhat authentic. We had a few beers on the patio and Ashleigh came by one time with samples of a chocolate shake that has some stout beer and round chocolate cookie cereal pieces on top. It was delicious. Unfortunately, our pizza had to be reheated by the time we got back to my sister's house. It was ok but it's not fair to rate it since it wasn't fresh from the oven. Crust was halfway decent. I'd try them again for sure but I'd eat at the restaurant next time.

Server was really kind and friendly and customers were also nice. Pizza tasted very nice. The price was very reasonable. We had 14 inch pizza for two people and it was enough. It only costed us 45 bucks including taxes and tips. Potato wedges were also good, but the serving size was a bit small. I would visit this place again when I crave pizza.

Staff were super personable and friendly. Lowkey just felt like I was chatting it up with a friend or something. I had a personal size "Deluxe Plus" pizza and I gotta say the food really stood out for one big reason: the toppings were CRISPY!!! It was so good and new and refreshing. Everything was fresh, too. They also have coffee!! I was able to get a large iced latte with flavoring for just about 5 bucks. That's cheaper than Starbucks, which is a nice surprise considering most small places up-charge crazy for coffee. Ambiance is alright. They have some slanted booth backs (which are another thing I've never seen before coming here) which was cool. This place was great! Totally go here if you're in town. It's a nice walk outside too.

My guy called to make sure they would be open since it the week of Christmas. The guy on the phone, after answering that they were open, proceeded to text a menu and the address to us. Great customer service!!! Upon arriving, and after a little confusion as to how to place an order (due to the coffee shop staff), we ordered a meat lovers.com and a build your own with Alfredo base, bacon and beef. Both were personal sized. After a short week and the owner coming out to give us an update on our order, the pizzas arrived. They looked just as delicious as pictures had showed. They also tasted as good as they looked. The cheese was really cheesing, and had that mozzarella pull you see in movies and magazines. The toppings were fresh and flavorful. Both the red sauce and the Alfredo sauce were measured perfectly. The crust was a star and could easily be a meal by itself...it was just that good. The pizzas should come with a side of red sauce for dipping the crust in. The owner (I think his name is Cedric) came out , chatted with us, discovered we were from Birmingham, and apologized that we didn't get to visit his regular location as they are making some repairs. He was very down to earth and we encouraged him to look into coming to the Birmingham market. We could tell that he put his heart into his work and he has taught that also to his employees. I really hopes he looks in to branching out. He has something special with these pizzas. If you're in the area, please check them out. You won't regret it!
