There was a vacuum cleaner near one of the play entrances where the cord stretched from one side of the room to the other side of the room where people and children cross and it was still plugged in. The equipment is worn. A couple of the couches where the parents sit were actually ripped and worn. The bathroom however was fairly clean. I didn't get the sense that there was any deep cleaning anywhere in that facility. They only have snacks and fluids which are way overpriced. They were understaffed. We visited Funtastic this weekend and had an amazing time. Maybe the owner should visit and see what a clean and safe indoor play area can look like. THIS WAS OUR 1st and last time.

I arrived shortly after they opened on a Saturday and it began to fill up pretty soon. I recommend not going on a Saturday and perhaps select a weekday to reduce the amount of stank you may experience after a busy week of boredom for your kids. Add to my experience, a family of obvious locals who blocked the areas where most patrons would walk, and I get the feeling they did it on purpose as a show of force from the 'hood. While there, the lights went out for a section of the building. That is a scheduled and planned light-out due to an hourly attempt to allow the kids to 'party out'.

Turns out they changed the way they do memberships so it automatically defaulted the account. Now you have to pay for a year up front. The young lady(not really her fault) couldn't explain much and didn't ask a manager. Said I couldn't do anything until I renewed for a year or bought a new day pass. Had to buy a day pass for my son just to play on something we had been paying for all along or so we thought. It's not really about the money but would have been nice to know since we thought we were up to date. This is similar to why we came here from sky zone. Members for years and one day they never heard of us and said we weren't members. I think we are done with the jump houses.

The other worker we encountered monitoring the courses was unfriendly and when asking her questions she told me to check the signs instead of just giving me an answer? She seemed unhappy to be there. This place is just dirty. We were first jumpers there on the day we visited and there was trash on the floor, food crumbs, hair and debris on many of the trampolines. They even had trash (candy bar wrappers) under the playground area for small kids. The cubbies for shoe/belongings storage had trash, used rolled up jump socks, and food in them. One area during our visit was down for maintenance even though you still had to pay for it in ticket pricing/there is no discount. I left wanted to sterilize my kids. We have been to other trampoline parks in town and I was a bit baffled by this one. Again, as first in jumpers the place had clearly not been sanitized or cleaned. This is middle of the week so I am curious as to how often they even take precautionary sanitizing measures? For $87 after tax this was totally not worth it!

Basically an indoor park with slides, ropes, ball pits and everything else kids dreams are made of…read more You come and pay, sign a waiver and then you have unlimited play until they close. We came from out of town and a family friend recommended to meet at this place. We have a 10, 6 and 2 year old and they all had a blast. We spent hours here, the time went by so fast as the kids were just running from one activity to the next over and over. It did tire them out and they slept great that night. Staff were friendly though inside it would have been nice to have a few more staff monitoring and helping. Prime example was there was nobody there to monitor or help harness kids to be able to rock climb but the parents all seemed to figure it out. Prices weren't too bad and if you're looking for an indoor activity to beat the heat this place is fun for kids of all ages.
