My husband had the Lamb Chops, which were beautifully plated. All the cocktails were amazing, but my favorite was the Madam's Choice. You can actually get thoughtful, coherent answers to questions, unlike the big box stores where employees either hide in the break room or refuse to make eye contact with any customers, lest they be asked a question.

Make sure your headlights are working and that you're not scared to drive on an unlit, country, dirt road at night. No alcohol allowed unless you make prior arrangements - which includes hiring a licensed bartender and signing a liability contract. The staff was very clear about the rules and consequences. Although this didn't affect us, I was taken aback at the threat of having the police called if alcohol was found on the premises. Gotta love Utah. No drones allowed - in case you were wanting drone footage for aerial photographs or videography. Apparently, the venue is located in military restricted air space. Parking was minimal.
