And I found she had some other discontinued patterns that our other dogs have sported. It was Christmas in spring! She even offers bookmarks that Lupine will make just for Pet Expectations, and custom patterns only available from Jill. Sometimes her prices are even a little lower than buying direct from Lupine. She may not always have stock on hand, but will get it. If you can wait, helps to save a few dollars. Besides Lupine, Jill has an extensive list of other pet products you might not think you need until you see them. ;) Jill's communication and customer service are phenomenal. She's lovely to speak with. Always get a personal thank you email for an order and another when the order ships. She's even called to let me know an item wasn't in stock and did I want to wait until she got it, or cancel that part of the order. Shipping to US addresses is only $2.50 for orders under $49, after which it's free. And she offers little gifts with each order. :)

The owner, Jill, personally handles the orders, and is as friendly as can be. She is very customer service oriented. Shipping rates are very reasonable, better than I've seen anywhere else selling the same leashes. Jill shipped out my order the very same day I placed the order!

The lady who did her nail grind was very friendly and SO good with my dog when she was anxious. I took some photos through the window they have without my dog noticing; I wish I remembered this worker's name but she was fantastic! We will definitely be back when her nails get long again.

DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR -- EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED…read more I am genuinely so disappointed and thoroughly shocked by this experience. We went into PetSmart to buy a 50-cent fish, and somehow this turned into the most ridiculous experience. The employees wanted me to tell them the exact dimensions of my tank and basically everything that was in it before they would sell me the fish. Like... am I supposed to have the exact measurements and entire contents of my fish tank memorized off the top of my head while I'm standing in the store?! I came in to buy a 50-cent fish, not take a pop quiz about my aquarium. Then they told me they would not sell me the fish because they didn't think I was bringing it to a safe location. Excuse me?! You have no idea where I'm taking it, what my setup looks like, or how I care for my fish, yet you decided I wasn't providing a safe environment based on a few questions I couldn't answer perfectly on the spot. And this is what REALLY gets me: PetSmart had well over 200 fish crammed into a small tank together, but they refused to sell me ONE fish to put in my own larger tank, which is actually bigger than the tank they had all of those fish living in. If that store tank is supposedly acceptable for hundreds of fish, then why is my much larger tank supposedly not safe for one fish?! The fish was 50 CENTS. What more could I possibly be asking for?! I wasn't asking for some exotic animal or something unreasonable. I wanted ONE little fish. Apparently, though, I'm expected to spend $40+ on a new tank because the tank I already have supposedly isn't good enough. If there is a specific tank size required to purchase a fish, THAT NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY ADVERTISED BEFORE CUSTOMERS WAIT IN LINE TO GET A FISH. Don't advertise a 50-cent fish and then suddenly tell people they need to spend $40+ before they can take it home. It is also pretty ironic that PetSmart will put the fish in a tiny plastic bag for you to carry it home in, but then act like you need an extremely specific setup for it to live in. If these standards are so important, they should be consistently applied. And honestly, the employees' attitudes were the worst part. They were incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn't care less. I understand wanting to make sure animals are going to safe homes, and I completely support responsible pet ownership. But there is a respectful way to explain a policy, and this was NOT it. If PetSmart truly believes a fish needs a certain size tank to be safe and healthy, then PetSmart should make sure the fish in their own store are being kept according to those same standards. I left the store genuinely shocked that I was refused a 50-cent fish because they decided my home wasn't safe without even seeing it. The entire situation could have been handled politely and professionally, but instead the employees were rude and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. PetSmart, do better. Be clearer about your requirements, treat customers with respect, and maybe make sure your own fish displays reflect the standards you expect customers to follow.

I love this store!!!!…read more Best store ever!!! But she told me they have so many amazing dog and animal things. So i went, I met some of the most amazing women ever. They really took charge and helped me by walking me around the entire store and getting everything I needed. Gretchen was amazing, she knew exactly what she was talking about and took very good care of me. At the end, I had every thing and more for my puppies and my daughter. I'm very happy. I met another lovely women who works here but I forgot her name, but everyone was friendly and nice and very helpful and you can tell they enjoyed there jobs. Since then, i have been back here 8 times, the dog food is great price and made fresh and it's a family owned business, my huskies love the food, I'm glad i found this place. Will definitely be back every month. Thank you, Gretchen

Ordered online order for same day delivery before the 2pm cutoff. At 7pm called store as order had…read morebeen showing "pickup in progress" for hours. Store told me that unable to help since third party company called "Rhoadie" handled deliveries. Store did research and said my order ready for pickup and at store. Also said no driver had been assigned and probably due to no tip (ordering online does not give option for tip). Gave me number for Rhoadie. Called them and told "store should have assigned a driver". Yvette at Rhoadie tried to get driver but since store was closing in hour by this time, no luck. I ended up going to store (with my back screaming at me) to get a bag of feed to get horse by for now. Also called on way there to let know coming since going be so close to closing. That was when found out that could not pick up my order (despite person on phone earlier telling me I could) as would have to cancel and then buy again. Been trying to cancel order as totally frustrated now but online does not allow option to cancel at this point and this late in evening, service center closed. Have ordered from Perry store before with zero issues as someone personally dropped off an order for me when not honoring "same day delivery". No one was rude at least. System needs fixed though as my trust as to product being delivered as website stated for this location is now broken. Nowhere did it tell me my order would be delivered by 8pm the next day or I would not have proceeded with the order.
