He also remembered me from the last time i was in and had issue with my husbands debit card, after being told it was resolved it actually wasn't when we went to go use it. This gentleman fixed it right on the spot and I'm so glad he followed up because i gave up hope after trying to get this squared away for weeks. Two others were working, one helping a customer in a cubicle and the other sitting in his office reviewing papers with the door wide open knowingly seeing the lengthy line. I have two accounts, so it wasn't a big deal I just transferred money around via the app. I was going on vacation; I stopped in at the Newton branch and Ryan Wong greeted me, he was very polite, cheerful and eager to help. Not only did he put the vacation dates on my card he figured out what was wrong with my primary checking account and printed me a new card I tried it at the ATM and WA LA success :) Not only did Ryan help with my vacation request and fix my card he followed up via email with instructions on how I can sent vacation request through the app. Ryan went above and beyond; I want to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. I not only give Metro five stars I give Ryan five stars.
