We filed a police report against Rockstar ATVs because no one showed up for our ride. We showed up 40 minutes early to wait for the trailer and guide, unfortunately no one showed up. According to other Google and Yelp reviews, this company has left other people stranded. We paid for 3 ATVs, Masks. This was a birthday gift for one of our family members. Alex will respond to you when they are looking to book reservations or accept payment. I suggest people stay away from Rockstar ATVs, I will be contacting all review sites and posting this review. read more

Would not answer the phone or text. Then received email saying were rebooked for 1PM. Waited until 2:45 still nobody showed up. At 4 o'clock they text and said there phone got damaged and they couldn't make it. Correct me if I'm wrong if my phone is damaged I still know where I work right? Plain scam. Shockingly unprofessional. I definitely feel like my family was scammed! This was an event planned as a late Christmas gift. We all took time out of our day to arrange an appointment that The owner of this company, Alex Castro made. We were first made aware of this company from Groupon after calling Alex he encouraged us to purchase a reservation from him directly and use Zelle. Unfortunately, as sketchy as that may sound we fell for the trap. After checking in by call and text the morning of our appointment Alex was no longer available by phone and vaguely responded by text. Our appointment was 12 PM noon at 1:15 PM. We finally got a response from Alex that "one of the machine machines was low on oil" and that he would be leaving shortly and arrive in possibly one hour. This would make it over two hours past our appointment time. There was also a family waiting with their young child for his birthday. This company has you meet them in a cul-de-sac that doesn't belong to them, they also have other locations with the same set up. While their business listing address is 200 miles south of where they have you "meet" him, Rockstar ATV was last registered in 2023 through the state of Florida. I imagine if he's not registered he's also not insured, please be aware this is not a family friendly, or any type of consumer friendly experience. Shame on you, Alex read more

After driving two hours , we were informed when we arrived that the group before us was running late, and didn't have their funds all together.Which in fact would delay our group from 7:00-8:00, to now 8:00-9:00. Not satisfied with that , we ask for a refund. There should of been no reason that we were delayed because the previous group didn't have their stuff together. He pulled some b.s. talking about as stated in the email. Sir the email also states if you don't have your paperwork together you risk losing your spot . So why did they not lose their spot? To guarantee ours. This is not a legit business, it's a man with a trailer pulling his own personal atvs, on some trail. Showed up 30 minutes prior to the beginning of our booking as instructed and waited an hour. It was a random address with no markings. Nobody showed up. We sent texts and left voice messages on their listed number, but nobody retured our texts or calls. We waited so long that another customer showed up for their booking and also told us that he hadn't been able to get in contact with theme either. read more

We called to make a reservation and Alex accidentally booked our reservation for the day we called instead of the day we requested. When we showed up, he was apologetic and offered a later time the same day or a refund. We accepted the later time and came back at the agreed upon time. He was no where to be found. We called him multiple times and he eventually responded asking us to meet him and hour later at a completely different trail head 30 miles away. At this point we had lost trust that he would actually meet us at the time and place agreed and we said to send us a refund. He said he would call us an hour later. Surprise, he didn't call. I called him back and he said he was still too busy and needed to call us the next day. This clearly meant that he didn't have the ability to meet us when he agreed anyway. Surprise, he didn't call the next day either. When I texted him to remind him to send the refund he claimed that we no-showed him! He also reverted back to our original incorrect reservation that he placed on the wrong date over the phone. This dude is too busy for his own good and I would recommend someone else. We eventually had to file a chargeback because he was refusing to refund the money. He genuinely seems like a nice guy that completely forgot about us but is now refusing to make it right. I reserved two atvs and made a deposit of $100 . I showed up to the location given to me by the rep at Rockstar atv at the time we reserved at 3pm. I stayed in the same location for 1 hour and no one ever came & we left at 4pm. We had Confirmed rental reservation for 3pm-5pm but the email said 3-4pm. A company error that should not happen when you agree to pay over $500 for two atvs just for 2 hrs . I spoke with this rep and they kept calling me asking where i was and i told them at the location provided to me when we talked and revered the atvs. The rep kept saying to go thru some some dirt road and changed the location where we would meet after 30 mins of me already being there has passed waiting for them and this rep gave me gps coordinates after the fact when i already arrived to our agreed meeting location and than the rep told me to go thru a dirt road that iv never been before with different avenues to go left or right which i did not know where to go . I went down this road either way and i have a truck and i almost got stuck . I told the rep im still waiting at the location given to me and after 1 hr of going back and forth the atvs never arrived to our location given to us when we rented the atvs. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE . Very Unprofessional and they are a hot mess . The Company wasted my time waiting there , driving there, my gas & kept my $100 . Class A Crooks . Highly recommend never to use this Atv rental company , so save yourself the headache and use another Atv rental company thats an actual Professional business thats doesnt hustle you out of your money and than make it seem like its the customers fault , when in reality its the company fault that doesn't want to accept the reality that they never gave PRECISE instructions and left their customers waiting on the side of the road for a hour and they never showed up.
