THEY ARE THIEVES…read more I used to use them all the time, we got a new car so i went in person and canceled, the manager was a straight ho asshole and refused to cancel my membership because i did not have the sticker on the new car(was left on the car when we sold it). After figuring it out he finally let me cancel. Now months later il looking on my AMEX statement and they have been charging me $35.00 a month for minimum 6 months. Thats not cool. My sister in law went in for a car wash not to get a membership just a wash, since she swiped her card there they auto applied a membership and have been charging monthly and refuse to cancel her membership that she never asked for. The only thing that would help this place is if they just left! Closed down! In case you're reading this, asshole from zips, AMEX is going to block your petty little charges. Your carwash is not even that great the dryers barely work and your towels fucking stink like mold!

Got a confirmation when I booked, and then a text that the tech was on the way about an hour before he arrived (and fully within the window they gave me). He pulled his truck up to the driveway, and I backed the car per his direction. He did a great job - super clean inside and out. Not a spot was missed. My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. It was pretty expensive, but it seems like all the detail services are. Not something I would do all the time, but for getting my car in great shape I'll definitely call 5 Star again.

I bought a new car a few weeks ago and on August 4th, we had the front driver's and passenger's side windows tinted by Bell Springs Mobile Car Wash & Detailing. There were large and small bubbles which we were told would go away but he said to contact if they didn't and he would re-do them. Well, the bubbles did not go away. After numerous contact attempts, we got the run around for a while before he stopped responding. We made one more attempt on August 30th and finally received a response. The job was quickly rescheduled for August 31st...however, there are still bubbles, dirt, and creases in the tint on both windows. Before he left, he admitted he still wasn't able to do it right. The attached photos show the issues with the initial job as well as the re-done job. We thought this situation would be rectified as we were told that a refund would be issued that day and would post within 3 to 5 business days. We are at the 7th business day and no refund has been received. I've reached out again today and still pending a response. We'll call this experience a "lesson" and find someone else who can get the job done correctly. Super disappointing as this business came highly recommended by another local business we love and trust. I'll be reaching out to them so they are aware that there may be issues here that could reflect poorly on their business as well. We try to stay local but this one is, sadly, a huge miss.

The first car wash place we had a membership…read moreat was good for maybe a year and then as parts failed, the service just went downhill quickly. We have been members now of the Club Car Wash near Dripping Springs for several months and all three of our family cars are frequently cleaned there. We have ALWAYS had great friendly service, fully operational equipment with some cool added features and we love the hours that make a car cleaning after work completely doable. My routine is I drive through the full service lane even though I'm a member and I am greeted with friendly hospitality. This is where I grab a fresh towel to wipe down my car while I am going through the automatic car wash. I can also ask for free car air fresheners that I put under my seats as I'm waiting to go through the line. And the line does not take very long. There is an optional tip jar for the operators who pre-wash the front and back of the car to help with removal of dead bugs. I like to give them a buck or two. Then you'll be guided into the car wash by one of these employees and be asked to put your car in neutral. Turn off any automatic windshield wipers, bring in your mirrors and make sure your windows are up. The first time I went through I was surprised to see all the colored foam from the lights so I like to open the viewing panel of my sunroof and play some rock while I'm wiping down the inside of my car. At the end of the car wash tunnel there is a place you can drop off your towel if that's all you're going to do or you can drive out to one of the stalls that are equipped with great vacuums that hang from high so that they don't get in your way while you're vacuuming. There are stations close by with more fresh towels, and spray bottles of a mild cleaner. There are also two crazy machines that will brush and bounce all the dirt and debris off of your floor mats. I was a little nervous the first time I tried this and could just envision my long hair going in there too, so make sure you're careful because this machine does a great job of getting all that lint pet hair and dirt off so that you don't have to vacuum that part. I hope that this chain of car washes stays strong and continues to provide consistent cleaning service. Some might say there is a perk to washing your car because it triggers rain. I can say while this has happened to me, It is not a for sure thing. But there is a sure thing in this club car wash location and that's you'll be glad you used their service.

This level of persistence felt like undue peer pressure and is a primary reason why I am hesitant to join your membership program. I request that you review your sales protocols to ensure that a customer's initial preference is respected. Additionally, I have noticed that the tire-shine equipment consistently leaves a poor residue on my vehicle. After my time was half expired the attendant looked and said the pump for that was turned off and then he walked away. He should have reset the time for me. So, then I ran out of quarters. I used a credit card for a cycle that I promptly ended at 2 min. Nowhere was a CC ost posted but I saw the machine say it was $5. On my CC statement it shows as $10. I would steer clear of this place -- it's a rip off.

I reached out on Monday and by that evening I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after I received information about their Silver Package which included a hand wash exterior service and deep clean detailing interior. The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

In my over 50 years on this planet, I don't think I've ever seen ANYTHING cleaned to this level before. Do plan for it to take longer than estimated (Zac spent about six hours cleaning my car and it was not unusually dirty), but they did not charge me more than what was originally estimated. I believe it was well worth every penny. I could never get it this clean myself.
