Further, he didn't reply to text messages or phone calls with an explanation. We have people coming into town that we need to take around in our vehicles. Canceling 30 minutes before an appointment with no recourse is insufficient for how to run a reliable business.

In my over 50 years on this planet, I don't think I've ever seen ANYTHING cleaned to this level before. Do plan for it to take longer than estimated (Zac spent about six hours cleaning my car and it was not unusually dirty), but they did not charge me more than what was originally estimated.
