Within 20 minutes, our jet ski started blasting a constant low fuel alarm. I repeatedly asked staff what to do and was told to "just press a button," which did nothing. The loud, nonstop beeping continued, and my kids were genuinely scared and upset. Things only got worse from there. Our tour guide was pulled over by police, and we were left sitting in the water for about 15 minutes with zero explanation or guidance. No one checked on us or made sure we were okay. After that, instead of returning us, the guide stopped AGAIN to talk to more police. At that point, I said I wanted to go back. The entire experience felt disorganized, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. When I requested a refund, I was refused. Even worse, their follow-up response was dismissive and rude -- suggesting I was just "having a bad day" instead of taking any accountability for what happened. If you're considering this company, especially with children, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Safety, communication, and customer service were clearly not a priority.

Just don't be an A-hole and use their Jetskis like maniacs). To Sasha (did I mention she's the best?!) walking us through all the steps that even a baby (essentially what we were when you combine a group of 10 guys together that haven't seen each other some in years) could understand, to patiently working and waiting on us (because you do need to sign waivers, provide ID/etc., and that takes time and some coordination over email esp since we are all NOT from Florida and don't live together and are scattered across NY/NJ area). To the actual day and experience, it was really great, the highlight of our bachelor party weekend to be honest (Jason the host we met there on the day of was super nice and cool guy and had tons of drinks water/koolaid/gaterade/etc. in a cooler for us to take as many as we want to keep hydrated during the adventure, and Brandon our guide was awesome too, super energetic and like a super chill laid-back surfer dude, super positive vibes). So, overall...literally from the first point of contact I made with Lustre from my initial luck of draw accidentally falling upon their website during my belabored search for a Jetski event for our bachelor party weekend, and clicking to inquire and message the business (but my computer froze), Sasha immediately rang my phone (did I mention she's the best again?!) and saved me the trouble of somehow finding their website again (IT"S A CRIME TRIPADVISOR and/or YELP doesn't even have Lustre as #1 for Jetski, THEY DON'T EVEN SHOW LUSTRE on their lists PERIOD...HOW?!? it's quite frankly ridiculous), to the whole process of booking and eventually getting to THE DAY of the event, and then THE ACTUAL EXPERIENCE...everything was top notch, and if and when there were any hiccups (like initially not having the ideal time slot we wanted for on Saturday given it was Father's day weekend, or the number of Jetskis or people we were thinking about, etc., etc.), it was always promptly solved and/or answered (usually right away by Sasha...did I mention how great she was?!) with little brainpower from myself (honestly wanted to be more useful during the process, but Sasha just took care of everything lol, almost felt like cheating since planning a bachelor party isn't supposed to be so easy!). Wanted to take her jet skiing. But my plan was almost derailed when a google search turned up 2 horrible "companies". If you can even call them that. The first place doesn't exist, literally a fake name with a fake address, and they told me a didn't need a reservation and sent me to a place on the beach that had terrible customer service and apparently no jet skis to rent. I guess he was wrong about needing a reservation. So we ended up here on the recommendation from a friendly parking liaison. All of the guys at Ft. Lauderdale Parasail were really friendly and outgoing. They made us feel welcome and they really took care of us! The overall experience was so much better han we could hope for. The way it works is you start off on the taking the skis out with a guide on intercostal and since there's a speed limit, it takes about 10-15 mins to get to the open ocean where you can really open those baby's up. Initially I wasn't stoked about this idea but It's actually pretty cool because you get a nice tour while you cruise for the first few mins while getting used to the jet skis so by the time you get to the ocean you're ready for all out throttle. Plus the intercostal is a really nice sight. Again my appreciation goes out to Dan and George, who really exceeded my expectations and saved what started out as a complete nightmare. Will definitely visit these guys again!!

After speaking with 'Slov" multiple times after several days we set up a time from 12:30 to 4:30 for a rental. All other companies had set schedules where this time fit out plans and Slov was happy fit our schedules. You pick up the boat at "Joes Market" in Hollywood which they drop it off for you there and you can also park there for a $20.00 fee or park in garage or at meters in Hollywood. Slove met us gave us safety instructions, showed us all the features of the 22 foot pontoon which has max capacity of 11 persons. It was a brand new boat with large bluetooth speaker for your music with every amenity. By time we got off the dock it was close to 1245PM but he said just get it back by 5PM and were good. Boat was great and they met us at the dock at the end to drop off the boat with no issues. Payment options were cash or credit card and fuel was included in the price. What can I say, brand new state of the art boat. Nice people with customer service, competitive pricing meeting our ever need. I have never rented a boat in South Florida but if I ever needed to again I wouldn't go anywhere else! Great Job!

As soon as I walked in the door, though I had inadvertently entered through the back door, I was warmly greeted and rather impressed with the general bright décor and setup of their offices. I was also impressed to find out that they could handle all of my friends needs as they maintain a data base of over 100,000 professional crew with crew agents in various separate departments that would specialize in selecting those best suited for a particular yacht. I passed the information on to my friends for them to finalize any details, which they did, and have been advised that they couldn't have been more pleased. As I'm sure that the staff at Bluewater were aware that was an amateur handling such affairs, matters such as these are generally handled by a yacht's captain, they clearly went out of their way to accommodate me. They not only answered all of my questions but also advised me on a few points that I should have had questioned but failed to ask. I was also interested in the size of their operations, which are really big. They not only assist with crew placement but also handle yacht brokerage, are a yacht-training provider in Europe, have operations in Antibes, France, Mallorca, Spain, Moscow and Miami. Then, if you intend to have a Yacht designed and constructed, they offer new construction management. So no matter your needs when it comes to larger yachts, particularly those of the super or mega yacht categories, Bluewater seems to have you covered.

Communication has been professional, and we have always felt that our groups were well taken care of. Most importantly for us, they know their business and keep safety foremost in how they operate. When you are bringing adaptive divers and veterans aboard, that matters tremendously. We would not continue booking year after year if we did not have confidence in both their professionalism and their commitment to safety. They are also simply a joy to work with. He was extremely condescending, scolding me for not following up on the booking and saying he "never heard back from me" in such a rude and misogynistic tone. He changed his tune really quick when I told him I have been trying to get a hold of him for at least a month, and also spoke to his son who confirmed the dives (he had no idea). He then expected me to still trust his professionalism and use his service. No thanks. As a business owner I find it appalling to scold your potential clients for YOUR own neglect. Do better.
