I called more than once hoping to get someone else and kept getting him. If you don't like helping people you shouldn't work in a customer service based position. It was the mailman delivering the mail. I immediately called the supervisor, Honey Rivera and advised her that there was a stop mail order in. Honey R said it was a mistake and would correct it. Two days later they delivered mail again! When we arrived home my mail was scattered on the front lawn, credit card bills, utility bills all over the stoop and lawn. The same thing happened to my neighbor along with mail delivered to the wrong address. In December I ordered a Samsung sound bar from Amazon. Tracking the package it was scanned into the Oceanside post office at 6 35 am on a Saturday morning and I was expecting delivery that day. Package never arrived it just disappeared after they received it, No one knows what happened it just disappeared. I never write reviews, I am kind of a happy go lucky guy but this has to stop. I have over looked this too many times. I am contacting the Postmaster General with my concerns and those of my neighbors.

I contacted the post office, and after a frustrating game of phone tag, someone finally told me the package was "lost in limbo." No real explanation, no accountability--just a shrug and that absurd phrase like it was totally normal for a costly printer to just vanish. What made it worse was how utterly unhelpful the staff and customer service were throughout the entire ordeal. Trying to get answers was like asking a blind man to draw your face--zero direction, no idea what they were doing, and certainly no plan to fix the situation. Every call was met with vague responses, empty reassurances, or just passing the buck to someone else. Not a single person took any real initiative to investigate where the package actually went. It honestly felt like they were just hoping I'd give up and go away. Now, I've heard rumors that employees at this location have been known to steal packages, and while I can't say for sure if that's what happened here, it wouldn't shock me at this point. The whole experience was sloppy, infuriating, and absolutely unacceptable. My friend never got the printer, her kids were left without what they needed, and I'm left with a receipt and a tracking number that lead to nowhere. This place needs a serious overhaul--or at the very least, someone in charge who actually gives a damn. Giving 1 star even upsets me, a big fat ZERO! is what it needs.

I typically run back around 11 am or at 5pm. (They close at 530) The clerks are pretty good with running thru your options and they get along well with each other, as you will often find them in conversation with each other and passing jokes. Having at least 2 clerks at each booth is great altho I would recommend 3 at the busier times.
