She was nasty and very unprofessional. After using Vamus Express on two other…read moreoccasions with no issues, they completely dropped the ball on delivering cupcakes and balloons for my daughter's birthday party, even though I 1) made the request two months in advance knowing how important this is, and 2) even changed the pick up time at both vendors at Javier's request. Thankfully, the balloon shop called me two hours before the party to let me know that no one had showed up, so I was able to frantically deploy relatives to pick everything up. And no picked up their phone when I twice called to confirm whether anyone was coming. The worst part? After I sent two follow up e-mails to Vamus expressing my disappointment and asking what had gone wrong, they could not be bothered to acknowledge or apologize for what is clearly their mistake. Had they owned up to it, I might have been willing to use them again.
