Any "guarenteed or your money back" express packages will NEVER be on time and they will make up excuses to not give you back your money. Most of the time they forget to scan things so your package will sit in purgatory in a bin in their back room...but since your tracking number says its still in, lets say, Cali, they'll just say "its not here yet" and won't look in the back then hang up on you. Rude. Not helpful. Slow. Unprofessional.

There are those employees who have been caught stealing gift cards, etc. I use any other method of sending/delivery if possible.
