I miss the good ole days when this was a haggard-ass gravel lot and the few people who were gutsy enough to come to the neighborhood could park free and without a Beamer taking up two spots. They could charge a lot more to park here...the weekend worrior turds would still gladly pay it. Cleveland's idea to open up 37 restaurants in a tiny 5 block radius is working out well for them. The only reason this is getting 4 stars is the Curtis in the booth is an awesome guy. He puts wayyyy to much sugar in his coffe but he knows who the workers in the area and will always hook us up...even if the sign at the entrance says "FULL". Love me some Curtis...

They even sent me a coupon for $5 off of the rate, $40. $40 to park seemed a little high to me, but seemed to be the going rate in the area. There was plenty of room in the lot, and we had a nice space to tailgate. Another plus was that they did not have a problem allowing us to use our charcoal grill to cook. The one strike against it was that they parked the rows a bit close, as some fellow tailgaters had to help us back out as it was a bit of a tight squeeze. All in all if or when we return to another Browns game, this is definitely a place we would return.
