Always a good experience. Driver's are helpful hauling the luggage and golf clubs. I always tip the driver. I like getting picked up and dropped off at my car. I never wait very long. This is definitely one of my favorite places to park and fly at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. The lot is always staffed and the shuttle to take you from your car to the airport is always right there once you park and get your luggage. I appreciate that they operate both a covered parking option, as well as a uncovered one (that's a little cheaper). I've never had any trouble paying or getting out of the lot and the shuttles from the airport are always easy to follow and just a short wait. It is a bit pricey for the day rate, but if you are in a pinch to get on a plane and did not make prior arrangements, this place comes in handy. read more

My first try in this parking lot, and it was a smooth one. I did my reservation online. At the entrance I showed my reservation, was assigned a parking spot and told to park and keep my lights turned on for pickup. After parking I could see one shuttle coming and so I got out of my car. However, the shuttle actually drove by all the rows before it reached my row. It was a winter morning at about 5 am. Due to my own misunderstanding I stayed outside for about 5-7 mins; which was all unnecessary. Don't do that mistake; park your car, sit back and get out of your car once you see the shuttle approaching your lane. Check your parking spot number, the driver would ask for your number and hand you a slip with your number written on it. Pick-up and drop-off location is a convenient (about 5 minutes) walk to the departure/arrival area. My arrival was at midnight and after landing when I called them I was told that one shuttle is already on its way. I walked directly to the pickup location and the shuttle was parked there. There were couple of other passengers already seated, also waited for another couple of passengers for about 5 more mins. The driver asks for the slip with the parking number from everyone. The driver would then drop-off everyone right on their parking spots. Very smoothly run. Best part is that I don't have to walk to and from my car. The shuttle picks up and drops off right behind your car! Its an uncovered parking lot, however I don't really need covered parking unless I'm flying during peak winter snowy days. Moreover, after reading good reviews here on yelp from few people who parked here on snowy days, I might take a chance on that too, had I need to travel during snowfall season. Nevertheless, I'd definitely be using this parking lot again without looking any farther. Highly recommend! read more

I have parked in the Park Place lot a couple times while traveling. Every time I get in, I'm told the row the bus is in so I can get right in. The people are always very friendly. I haven't had to wait long at the terminal when returning. Great customer service. read more

I have been parking exclusively in this lot for over 20 years! They are nice and do a good job. I just unfortunately had a bad experience recently where 1 couple was holding up the line at the agent to check out for over 20minutes. Not sure what was going on, I was the 3rd car but the agent should have had him move and helped us. I left the line and tried using the auto machine and it didn't work. Tried 2 different cards... so I had to go back and wait in the single agent line. It took 25 minutes to leave the parking lot. This is not normal, I think the prices are fair and I love the point system to earn free parking. read more

This is my go-to spot for parking when I am flying out of Cleveland-Hopkins International airport because it is so convenient, quick, and economically priced. I started coming here after learning about this parking spot way back when and I always liked how it reminded me of the shuttle service at Akron-Canton where they were right there with the shuttle bus as soon as you parked to pick you up and get you to the check-in area! I always feel super secure leaving my vehicle here knowing that access to the lot is limited and gated and that they are always cruising about the lot with pick-ups and drop-offs. Somewhere in the last year or so they stopped being able to drop you off right at the ticket area but they drop you off in a spot right in front of the Hopkins parking garage and it's just a minute and some escalators to get to the ticket counters. No big deal. Seriously, this parking service gets me from the lot to check-in as quick (if not more quickly) than searching for a spot in the airport's closest garage. The driver always gives you a little card to remember where you parked (good, because I'd totally forget) and the card also has their phone number so you can call for pick-up in their 'off' hours (between midnight and 5AM I think.) Last night my flight got in to Cleveland-Hopkins at about 1AM and when I called they not only confirmed where I was (which was at the former pick-up spot near baggage claim... OOPS!) and gave me directions to the new pick-up location but also sent a driver right away who picked up me and another passenger, confirming with me when I got in the shuttle that it was me who placed the call. The driver asked us both for our cards with our car locations and dropped us right at our vehicles. It had snowed/rained and the driver even loaded my luggage into my car and ever so kindly cleaned the snow off my car for me! I was also offered a bottle of water on my way out. They got me safely back on the road with a $10/day rate you'd be hard-pressed to beat. I can't recommend parking here enough for the convenience, speed, and top-notch service! read more

Every time I have parked here I'm parked, in the shuttle and on my way in about 3 minutes. Seriously, they tell you where to park and it's usually right by the shuttle that is rarin' to go and get your booty to CLE. They come straight to your car, get your bags, take you to the airport and you're done. Always kind people that are willing to talk about sports or the weather, they help you get your bags out, and even ask to have you pop the trunk on your return.. Tips: Keep your yellow card in your wallet or something with your spot for the return shuttle. Keep the white ticket in your car for the day you got there and therefore verifies your length of time there. AND there is always a coupon on their site. GET THAT. You usually only need to pay like $6.50 a day. GREAT DEAL. They are quick to pick you up both ways and want you to use your coupons and they offer free water. All around goodness. I don't know if they have covered parking for the winter, but it is a reliable spot. I promise. read more

We parked our car here for parts of three days while we were in Chicago. The check-in process was very simple and we were met at our car by the shuttle bus, which quickly got us to the airport. On our return home, the shuttle was waiting outside of baggage claim at the airport and quickly and efficiently got us back to our car at the lot, so that we could load our luggage and head home. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The cost for 3 days was only $31.50. We will definitely use them the next time we go on a trip and need to leave our car parked! read more

I'll never park here again. Took the red-eye and was really looking forward to getting in my car and going home. We stood waiting for a Park Place bus for 20 minutes while watching all of their competitors show up at 3x. I called, spoke to "McKenzie" to ensure they had buses running, and also to let them know there were a lot of people waiting. She said "ok" and hung-up. The bus finally came and SURPRISE! We couldn't get on that bus because it was full, so we were told they had another bus "right behind them". We waited at least another 15 minutes before another bus came. The good news is, thanks to this experience, at least I know that Park N Fly and Fast Park will be able to get me back to my car quickly. I'll just use one of them going forward. read more

I'm not much of a traveler, in fact I've never flown so when my daughter was flying out of Cleveland to visit my sister in Colorado I had no idea what I was in store for with airport parking. Let me tell you! I drove around the airport 3 times trying to find a lot that wasn't full. I even considered going to the Valet Parking but for $9 for 30 minutes no thanks! Finally in fear that she was going to miss her flight I dropped my daughter off and just hoped I could park and get back to her in time. Pulling away this time I ended up behind the park place shuttle. That's it! Wherever this is going is where I'm going! I followed it. The lady at the gate was awesome and had to completely direct me on what to do. She wasn't short with me or dismissive of my obvious stupidity and even gave me a bag with goodies in it for my daughter. She directed me to a row to park and told me the shuttle would be right there. The shuttle was fast, the driver was nice and helped everyone with their luggage both on and off. He gave me a card with my spot number on it. The card also has the directions and contact number for returning to your car which I was extremely thankful for! We were dropped off in the back and I was able to get back to my daughter and wait with her up until TSA. When it was time to leave I followed the instructions on the ticket to the pickup spot. I think I waited about a minute for the shuttle. I gave the driver my card figuring it was like my return ticket and I was desperately hoping I would remember my spot! We waited for another minute or so and then we headed back to the lot. He was very friendly and chatted with me on the way back and dropped me off at my car. Honestly the whole thing just put me so at ease. I was so worried about my daughter flying and we'd had some issues on the trip there and then the parking debacle but everything once I found Park Place was smooth sailing. I took advantage of the free car wash and they had bottles of water on the way out that I enjoyed on the way home! All of that would have been worth $10.50 (the daily price which is cheaper than the brown/ economy lot) but since I was there a partial day I paid only $2/hr. When it is time to go back and pick her up I am DEFINATELY going to go back to Park Place! read more

Like the other reviews the staff at this parking lot is excellent. I arrived and the first attendant asked if I would like a newspaper....no charge he said. He suggested where to park and within 2 minutes the shuttle picked me up. They helped with my luggage and gave me some suggestions on where to walk to get tickets, security lines etc. They also told us where to stand to wait for pick up when coming back. They give you a small green ticket with your row marked on it. When you check out they also have freezers stocked with free bottle water. This parking lot is very quick and convenient. You can leave your car and they pick you up right away and take you to the terminal and on the way back they drop you back off right in front of your car. I used them a few times and have always had a good experience. However last time I was there the car wash took my passenger side mirror clean off and I had to pay 250 dollars to replace it. When I called park place about it they were basically like "not my problem" and didn't even apologize. I will still be parking there because it's cheap and convenient but I would be cautious about using the free car wash. read more

I use this parking lot regularly and it is awesome. Friendly, competent employees from the gate agent to the bus drivers. Never waited more than one minute for the shuttle, free newspaper and water, drop offs and pick ups right from your car. It took the same amount of time to get from their lot to the gate as it would if i parked on site and walked. Cheaper than any other company too! Note that the free car wash machine doesn't run when its below 30 degrees. read more
