So excited to come get chocolate cause yummmm. Of course I check in on my Yelp app to be extra excited to get a coupon! $5 of a $20 purchase. Amazing since one piece of chocolate cost upwards of $3. Come to find out the new manager doesn't accept the coupon. I may be sensitive but it for sure put a sour taste in my mouth. Don't offer coupons on Yelp that you don't accept. I'm a big fan of chocolate and an even bigger fan of caramel covered apples. But this visit was disappointing. The caramel on the apples was extremely thin and had a grainy texture-like it was not fully set. (I know what it's supposed to taste like because I had the same apple at the Park City location just last week). The service, however, was great. The girls behind the counter were attentive and friendly-they were managing the constant flow of traffic very well and made sure everyone was taken care of. The staff was so kind and welcoming. I had no idea they had coffee and WOW their lattes are better than any Starbucks I've ever had! I love this location because the outlets are close to me. It's fun to have a treat place in the middle of clothing stores. I feel like I come here often to get a treat for my family. The caramel apples are the best! We love the Snickers and English Toffee ones. I'm a huge Reese's fan but I don't think that it goes well with the caramel. It tastes off to me. I also like their ice cream. They always have good flavors. I'm not a fan of their chocolates. They aren't as rich and creamy as I hoped. I also wasn't a big fan of the fudge. The center was good and soft but the middle was crusty and weird. BUT I will definitely be back and always getting my caramel apples here! read more

I love love the sugar free dark chocolate caramels they have at this location! You'd never know they are sugar free. The selection of sugar free chocolates here are way better than they are at the Gateway location. The sugar free truffles here are also on point, but if you are watching sugars, you MUST get the caramels. TONS of chocolate/caramel apple choices too! The staff are mostly high school age students who are hit and miss with helpfulness. read more

You are sailing along the outlets, minding your own business, when you catch a glimpse of caramel apples and chocolates through the glass storefront. 'I'll just take a quick peek' you think to yourself, so you sail through the doors into the store. As you get closer you are drawn to the cases of beautiful chocolates. Rows and rows of decadent choclatey goodness. 'A few pieces of chocolate won't hurt' you assure yourself. So you decide on just three chocolates and as the sweet young cashier places them on the scale and tells you the total, you wake from your chocolate stupor. But it's too late, your ship crashes into the rocks and you try not to act shocked as you hand over the money. As you leave the store with your small bag of chocolate gold you are consoled by the fact that the store is packed with people, so apparently you are not the only wayward sailor. And the sting starts to subside as you snack on your expensive treat, because chocolate makes everything better. read more

I came in to buy chocolates (which taste great!) but was bugged when I was asked I pay $.75 for a cup of water. I mentioned this and the owner said it is for the price of the cup, I don't think cups cost that amount anywhere so it is a profit maneuver. I hate paying for a cup of tap water. read more

I've been to other Rocky Mountains before but never one quite like this one. They have the best customer service always service with a smile. They have a friendly staff and always get us in and out in a timely manner. There great at remembering faces and greeting you with a huge welcome back with a smile. Their chocolate dipped strawberries are my all time favorite I get them every time I'm at the mall. Their Caramel apples are to die for as well! Highly recommend this store! read more

Carmel Apples are good and certain chocolates are good. Coffee is not. I use to work in the outlets and tried coffee a couple times and decided they just don't know how to make coffee. They hot chocolate is super good. My only problem is there also over priced. For the drinks, the chocolates, them Carmel apples. Everytime I went in there felt like I was paying a arm and a leg. So they have good stuff just avoid the coffee if you want to stop in. Just remember it's in the pricer side. read more

I purchased from there for a Christmas present for my daughter, they said they could ship it for me to ohio. They said $17.00 for shipping and charged my card, then later charged my card again for another $5.00, then dec, 25th another charge for $14.50. Seems like unauthorized use of a credit card to me. Then said I owed the $5.00 for ups to come pick up the package, which I guess wasn't included in the ups shipping charge somehow? And then the $14. 50 was because ups wouldn't deliver to a p.o. box, [which they should have known} and had to look up the street address which I gave R M C factory when they first called me with the initial shipping charge, and charged me! But pushing it towards me as my fault! They are wanting to make it up with a $14.00 gift card? Why would I want a gift card to a place I am not planning on ever going again?? read more

When your hungry at the outlet mall stop by and pick up the best caramel apple you'll ever eat! The apple pie, the English toffee, the cookies and cream! The list goes on! Friendly customer service, delicious chocolate, but alas only one star! I realize this store is located in Lehi and not a lot of folks want coffee in this part of UT, but here is a big gigantic tip for your store: a mocha DOES NOT consist of iced coffee with chocolate milk. That's like ordering a vodka tonic and getting a sprite with gin. Or for a more Utah friendly analogy, its like ordering funeral potatoes and getting a cauliflower mash with rice krispies. Its just not the same thing. However, the price was still the same--$3.25. It is a crime to charge over $2 for what is in essence only an iced coffee with a little bit of milk. I urge the owners to do a simple google search and figure out what they are advertising and adjust their drinks accordingly. At the very least throw out the chocolate milk and buy some d*mn chocolate syrup or alternatively mocha mix. In the words of Gordon Ramsay "what a shame." read more
