This location has been a favorite for frozen yogurt but lately it has gone downhill. The yogurt is still good but sometimes it comes out runny. This place is very dirty. There are globs of yogurt at many machines and the topping station is always a mess. I don't think the floors have been mopped in a very long time. In all-fairness, there were two employees trying to clean the mess up. they were working very hard. I hope it stays that way. I like going there. The service was good. read more

I am very disappointed by what has happened to my favorite frozen yogurt chain, or at least this location. Growing up in SoCal, Yogurtland was a verified addiction of mine. I gained platinum status with their loyalty program in like a MONTH lol. So safe to safe I am not, or wasn't, a hater. I loved yogurtland because their yogurt was quality- creamy, smooth in consistency and texture, and flavorful. The yogurt at this location has it allll wrong. Icy, chunky, inconsistent yogurt. We tried one sample, side-eyed each other, and walked out. To boot, the inside was messy, which I can understand given how crowded it was when we went. I'm sure it's cleaner when it's not so busy. I will visit Orem when I'm down there instead, this one is a total miss for me. read more

As far as FroYo places go, this one's pretty solid; they have a good selection of flavors and toppings. Any concoction you can imagine, within reason, is possible here. I may be pretty simple-I usually stick with chocolate and gummy bears, but the bears were the larger size ones, not the tiny size that I love. Silly, I know, but the ratio of frozen yogurt to bear is off with those full size gummies. So I mixed things up a bit and went with butter finger chunks. It was a delicious substitute. Service was friendly-the young man behind the counter made small talk with us while we finished creating our masterpieces. The price was comparable to other similar places. My only complaint was that the tables and benches outside were really dirty-covered with sticky, melted goo. I'm sure it's hard to keep things clean when there's a steady stream of customers coming in, but that might be something worth giving a little more effort to. read more

We came to our local Yogurtland, which has never failed us this badly. 40 minutes to closing and the crew was already taking away all of the yogurt, machines, and cleaning up around us. Yogurtland is hands down my favorite froyo place! I was devastated when the sugar house location closed down. Whenever I'm in the area, I always try to stop by Yogurtland. The wonderful gal at the counter is a one woman show. She was fantastic. She owned this Yogurtland and recited the specials on point! She even made me sign up for the rewards card!! Best yet, when you check in with your YELP mobile, you "autoMAGICALLY" get 10% off your entire order!! Woohoo!! I recommend the TARO and PEANUT BUTTER. It was a fantastic combination. They have toppings to the "gazoo" with plenty of choices. I'm a big peanut butter cup fan so that was a cool surprise. Price is measured by weight, but I guarantee, it is sure to please your sweet "fixin!!" There are two entrances. Gerting frozen yogurt always brings me back to my middle and high school years where I thought there was nothing cooler than skipping class and going to get some yogurt (I was too cool for Cold stone back then). Now that they're in their new-ish location I've noticed how the space seems smaller and less appealing. But pros are that the service is always great, and in my experience all the serve machines are working properly and toppings well stocked. This location is always clean and while busy, it doesnt take too long to come in and out. There's not much seating so dont come expecting a sit down spot particularly on weekends. All in all, Yogurtland has maintained itself as a quality spot to satisfy the sweet tooth. read more

Best frozen yogurt place ever!!! They always have the best selection of flavors and the freshest toppings. I personally LOVE the coconut froyo with cheesecake bites, twix, mochi & ghirardelli chocolate syrup on top. YUMMY!!! We walk in with good costumer service, grab only what there was available with the sample cups, (felt like there was a small amount to prevent people from even sampling) - We tried the new Peanut butter-cup and were shocked because it was sour. Sour for a flavor that isn't a tart? We had to double check just to be sure we weren't wrong in what flavor we were sampling... We tried two other flavors that are usually good no matter what location I go to - because they're standard original flavors they always have.. we were then struck again with sourness.. Pretty sure they weren't ok to eat. TOPPINGS. Hard brownies?? I pumped the shell chocolate only to have a gross watery liquid drizzle onto my ice cream. We have been going to your store in Jordan Landing (West Jordan Utah) since they first opened. In the beginning they would switch out flavors quite often. Over time things have changed.........They have had the same flavors for a long time. Every time we go in we see no change and they are usually out of 2-3 flavors. Last night we walked out empty handed and ended up going to one of your competitors where we found several different flavors and they were all available. We love Yogurtland. Your employees have always been very friendly and courteous however we are just not satisfied with not having a few new choices. read more

My word, this place was soo busy! Understandably so since this was such delicious treat! I loved all the choices of ice cream flavors. 'Tis' the season, I got pumpkin and the cheesecake flavor, which was so tasty and creamy! My husband loves the tart flavors. I tried his rocket popsicle flavor and it was actually pretty good. I also was happy with the variety of topping choices. Everything is bright and fresh looking, and constantly restocked. By far the one and only place for yogurt I'll ever go to! I've tried other yogurt places, but this one just tastes so much better and always has a wider variety of flavors. The yogurt actually tastes like the flavors advertised. They tend to switch out some flavors over a period of time but they do have some staples that are always there. My favorites are vanilla bean, chocolate, coconut, and taro. They have a LOT of toppings to choose from and you get to taste the different flavors before buying them. God i love frozen yogurt! Its far superior to ice cream and im thrilled that it has become the new hotness in Salt Lake City. Until recently though, i had to drive a fair distance in order to get my beloved frozen yogurt. No longer! YogurtLand has come to Jordan Landing, yippie! YogurtLand's business model is pretty standard frozen yogurt. You have a selection of self serve frozen yogurt flavors and a variety of toppings. What sets YogurtLand apart from so many of its competitors is the breadth and quality of the selections. Everything from plain old vanilla and chocolate to a very complex chocolate coconut to the divine peach. Many of the flavors have that bizarre quality of being eerily close to the actual taste its meant to imitate. Think back to the first time you had a buttered popcorn flavored Jelly Belly. If your like me you thought "how the hell did they make a candy taste exactly like buttered popcorn?" Its kinda like that. My one complaint is their is a wall directly in front of the frozen yogurt dispensing machines. I know the point is to try and funnel customers down the line of machines, but since you are encouraged to try different flavors the linear approach breaks down and the wall designed to organize becomes a frustrating obstacle. This is a really minor complaint however and should in no way discourage you from trying their delicious frozen yogurt. read more
