I noticed black pieces in it... come to find out, it was small pieces of gluten filled Oreo cooking mashed up throughout. Made my stomach ache badly and I was livid. I would not recommend going to this place at all especially with it being filthy and these teenager's who don't care or realize how serious allergies can be.... I also have three children who also have celiacs disease. My youngest would have had to go to hospital as she's is terribly fragile with this disease. Go to SNELGROVE'S! Much better ice cream- the family also has celiacs that own the stores and are able to scoop from the back area- they use a new clean scooper and they even carry amazing sugar ones all gluten free- very cautious and extremely CLEAN stores at both locations I have been to! Definitely worth the extra few miles!! I will NEVER go to a cold stone again- careless, dirty and teenagers clearly not trained to deal with allergies!

We said its our first time there and asked about bread types and it was met with "its on the paper" so we selected Hoagie Bread. She then said not available and we adked what some rolls were on her counter. Not for sale. Wow. My wife asked if the onions were white or red and was met with "white only" in a rude tone. Sandwiches were inexpensive at about $7.50 each but single slices of meat, cheese, lettuce, i guess the cost makes sense. I dont like writing bad reviews of mom & pop type establishments but i should have known when there were no reviews for years. I'd rather support some place like this over a big chain but not this one. Real let down.
