After a positive phone conversation, they discussed coming to my house that day to pick out shingles. No phone calls or emails, they simply did not show up. We tried calling them several times to no avail. Left messages and did not get them returned. I went on their website and explained my frustration because I wanted to give them an opportunity to respond. I received a response and an apology saying it was due to a wedding in the family. Although I didn't think a professional business not contacting a customer to reschedule is absolutely unprofessional, we still gave them a second chance. Needless to say, they still did not return our phone call and it has been over 4 days now. We went with Drury Brothers Roofing who responded right away, was at our house and has the roof already on a schedule to be repaired.
