I called this company in March 2019 to ask their prices for removal of 2 bathtub tiles with…read morereplacement on a separate date. The woman who answered said it would be just under $100 with an hour minimum. They sent two men which wasn't really necessary....while one was working the other was chatting with me about our pets. I timed both visits which were at an hour each so I was assuming $200 for the work. When I received the bill it was much more and was not itemized. I called to complain and was told Mike wasn't going to be back until the following week. I never received a call so I called again. This time the woman said the difference between the quote she gave me and the bill was the drive time to and from the shop. After the 2nd visit the man Tom told me he was finished for the day and going home. So I should not have been charged drive time back to the shop. If the office lady is going to give out prices she needs to mention drive time is not included. They did not offer senior discounts. And the materials charge for a small amount of grout used was high. On the positive side, Tom was a pleasant man and did a good job replacing the two tiles that we supplied him with.

(That wasn't the case with other companies that responded. At one point I even received an empty/blank invoice. The biggest failure- the sales rep, in trying to make a quick sale failed to disclose the extra tile wouldn't be available for return should I have extra. Yet, and curiously she did mention a restocking fee for the tile returns?!?! So when I tried to schedule a return of extra tiles, imagine my shock that they would not take the tiles...and the best part, they blamed me for the oversight. Ridiculous. If you need tile, I've got loads of it.
