We made our selections, but the person responsible for pricing wasn't available to give us a quote on-site. Later that evening, he called and quoted us $1,900. I asked whether they offered a cash discount, and he said they could take $50 off, bringing the total to $1,850. He then took a $900 deposit over the phone. I told him I would bring the remaining $950 in cash when we dropped off the vehicle, and he agreed. When my husband arrived to drop off the car (I was following behind in a second vehicle), he called to tell me they were charging an additional $150 for taxes. I was shocked. In all my years of making purchases, I've never been quoted a price, agreed to it, paid a deposit, and then been told later that I owed additional money on top of the agreed-upon amount. Maybe some businesses quote prices before taxes, but that should be clearly stated upfront. At no point was I told that taxes would be added to the quoted price. Their response was simply an apology. As I told them, they get to say, "I'm sorry," and I get to be out another $150. They definitely came out ahead in that exchange. Because of this experience, I would encourage others to be careful and get every quote in writing, including clarification on whether taxes are included. Hopefully, I won't have any warranty issues down the road, because this situation has left me concerned about the company's transparency and overall integrity. The workmanship looks good so far, but based on my experience with the pricing and communication, proceed with caution.

We stopped in last week to get an estimate for repairing our vehicle after we rear-ended another…read morecar, causing a few thousand dollars damage to the other car and resulting in bumper scratches and apparent asymmetry around the headlight on ours. Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny!
